Do NOT purchase color is wrong

Do not purchase this rug. I bought the 6x9 and when it came it was so dark and had a green tone to it. I showed it to several people and they agreed. I called rugs direct they had me send a picture to prove it and the label to prove I got the right item. I did. Then they didn’t approve to pay the $75 return fee because they said my monitors may have made the color look different when I originally saw it on the site. The color is called “light beige” not dark brown, which is basically what I received. This website is a scam. Save yourself the energy and buy from any other retailer.

Rugs Direct deleted my first review. I purchased the 6x9 rug. Color was NOT light beige, it was dark brown with a green tone. I asked to return and Rugs Direct had me submit a photo, so I did. They did not approve the return and said I had to pay $75 for return shipping, which would have been fine if the rug looked like the photo and I just chose not to keep it. But the color was completely different. They proceeded to blame me for the color discrepancy. They said it was probably my monitors that made the color appear different when I originally ordered it. The color was supposed to be LIGHT BEIGE NOT DARK BROWN/GREEN. This website is a scam and customer service is horrible. They clearly do not stand by their products. First and last purchase from Rugs Direct.

So far, so great. The color is rich and beautiful. The quality is top notch. The rug feels good under my feet. It’s not too hard. There was no dust when I unpacked it. I love this rug.

Beautiful handmade soft jute

I purchased the 20' runner for my hallway. It looked great out of the package. One end was curled up a bit, but I used the ice cube trick and it flattened right out. This jute is so soft underfoot and feels beautifully worn in. No scent and minimal shedding. Beautiful rug!

I like this rug. I looked for months. Read too many reviews and was nervous about color, smell, thickness, crooked edges, etc. This rug looks great. Very little smell (fresh/grassy) and went away within hours. I got the 11x15 so it covers a big areas of the family room. We enjoy it. Color is great. Edges are straight. It feels like jute under foot - no soft - but I was going to layer a rug on top of it anyhow. I'd buy it again. Actually I might buy for my office!
