The cutting board arrived oiled but dried out excessively each time it was used and washed. It developed a rough texture which couldn’t be corrected with oiling. The last straw was when it stained my drying mat (a stain which I have been unsuccessful at removing completely). Back it went!

The measurements online are misleading. I thought the cutting board itself would be 14 inches, but that measurement online includes the wires on the end. It was an inch too short to fit on my sink. Had I known how the measurements applied, I would not have purchased it. Return was easy, though.

Good product, very handy since liquids drain into the sink not on the counter.

Split and Warped Cutting Board

Great concept as the board fits right into any size sink. This is the second Catskill Craftsmen cutting board I have purchased. The first one lasted a couple of years but the second one only a few months before the seams began to split and board was warped.

2 weeks cracked

It looks pretty when I received it. I was excited to use it. A little rough, but it's ok, the only thing was after using it in 2 weeks it cracked? Almost entire length cracked. Now it's useless.

I have never, ever had such bad service from a company. 3 months of waiting, lies and innuendo. I have been a happy "in store" Home Depot customer for over thirty years. probably the supplier at first but the HD staff knew the issues and continued the lies. Product is fine but I will never deal with this company again.
