I couldn’t refuse it because I missed the FedEx. I couldn’t return it because I can’t print a label and I don’t drive and I can’t lift the box to carry it down the steps to a cab. Coos Bay does not have a FedEx or UPS store so it would cost me more than the rocking chair to travel to the town that does. I desired to assemble the rocking chair to realize there are no screws and no directions. I received the directions via email and replied to the email I am suppose to receive screws(hardware). No reply. The Customer Service person I spoke with told me I would receive the hardware in 5 to 7 days.

We absolutely love these rockers

The chair is very nice in quality. I had major trouble putting first one together. A phone call to Wayfair got a replacement in process and a pickup of first box. The second one came in and no trouble assembling until the last step attaching the seat. Instructions didn’t show exactly where to post screws. I just have the seat on without attaching. I’m happy with how it looks.

difficult to assemble and some parts were not predrilled as the directions indicated. I do love the rocker and a replacement rocker was sent to compensate for the error in directions.

I love this old time REAL rocker! It allows me to match any decor with appropriate back and seat cushions for the different seasons.

We love how these chairs look on our front porch! Unfortunately when we put them together some of the holes did not line up perfectly so we had to drill new holes and the wood started to split as well.

Looks beautiful but horrible manufacturing. We ordered two and had a horrible time assembling because the pilot holes were not done well. Two of the arms split and one of the seats was in shambles because they didn't screw the wood in the whole way. Theyre sening me a replacementbut I'm considering shipping them both back.

They look great and feel well built. It's been several months since we bought the chairs and they still feel very comfortable and strong.

[Rewarded Review] Assembly not easy!

Small cross bars need to be screwed in place and are NOT predrilled, wood was splintered in a few places. NOT HAPPY!

The whole family loves it, the only problem is getting my turn to sit in my chair.
