Beautiful rug! I am still waiting for the rug pad to put under it but honestly, the rug is doesn't really move on my tile floor. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as pile, it's fairly thick though I will say it feels a bit uneven because it's a mix of jute and wool and is a flat weave, a bit squishy. The colors are beautiful, a nice mix of blues, charcoal gray and beige. It came very well packaged and smells as expected like jute and wool. The tag on the rug says 40% wool, 40% jute and 20% cotton. It's a nice transitional or even modern pattern that would work well with a variety of decor. I put it in my kitchen and am considering buying it in other sizes for other rooms.
