This rug is not sewn properly and will not lay flat no matter what. The border is sewn too tight, so even though the edges lay flat, the middle ripples no matter what we do. We returned the first one thinking it was an unlucky one-off manufacturing mistake, but the replacement is doing the exact same thing. The first one was down on the floor for literally two weeks and was still all rippled all the way across, which is a huge tripping hazard. I am now in the process of trying to have the second one dealt with, which is frustrating because the exchange process on the first one was more aggravating than it needed to be. (I was told a replacement was shipped, and then a few days later someone called me to try to get me to keep the rug.) Included are pics of the first rug after it was on the floor for a couple weeks, and the second rug with the same issues. Two different rugs, identical problem.

High end designer look

This runner gave a high end designer look to my hallway. I was looking for a runner to warm up the look of my hall and this runner did the trick.

disappointed

I thought this was an outdoor rug to use on the deck, but it mildewed terribly. I would not use this outside. If you had the right place for this rug it would be alright but it was not what I was looking for.

Very disappointed with this rug.. have had it a little over a month and it's already started to fray and it will not lie flat..little bumps the whole length and even after putting heavy objects on it it will still not remain flat.

Looks great, wears poorly

This rug was shipped folded and the creases are not yet out (after almost a month). The look is exactly what I wanted for a GREAT price, but as they say, you get what you pay for. The legs of my sofa and chairs have crushed the sisal, especially the chairs as they are on casters. When the casters roll, they leave crushed tracks.

Sisal rugs are wonderful if you are able to “live lightly” on them. Try not to spill anything, even water, because those stains do not come out!

I think I liked these runners a lot more when I paid $80 each for them. The price increase over the past 2 years or so is unbelievable. These rugs are virtually not able to be cleaned when you spill on them. I wouldn't continue buying them except I have 2 others in my house so to keep the uniformity I continue replacing with these. Eventually I'll just have to replace them all. I love the sisal look which is why I keep coming back to them.

We used this runner for our stairs and it elevated the whole feeling of our space.

It was a bit more yellow than I had anticipated but still a very nice rug.

We used this rug in our foyer in Florida. The texture was very tropical and the outside band gave a very finished look.

Great hallway rug

Ordered the long runner for a hallway and it was just right! Held up well to entryway traffic. I was worried about staining for the heavily used area, but had no issues! Would definitely order again.
