Beautiful rug
Love this rug! Its beautiful and just as pictured. I love jute rugs because they are sturdy, hold up with kids or dogs running around. This rug isn't particularly soft and kinda bumpy on your feet, but I don't mind as I have it in my kitchen as a runner. Not easy to clean but you can take a water hose and spray it down if need be!
It was better than I expected. Very thick & solid construction. Beautiful rug and well made for a runner rug. And in spite of the thickness and weave it is suprisingly soft & pliable. Would purchase a similar rug for an area rug if I see one offered. 100% pleased with this purchase!
Great for a high traffic area
I am happy with the size and color of this rug. I do not like to walk across it without shoes on, because it is rough and bumpy. That is a characteristic of many natural fibers, and not a criticism of this rug. I placed it in the entryway of my apartment, and it fits the bill perfectly. . . . . Update: This rug sheds too much. Fibers float everywhere. After 8 months, I am fed up with the clean-up. Looking for a replacement.
