Jute Rug

I love this rug! It adds to the beach ambiance but is simple and attractive. This rug has withstood the dogs and kids and still looks as new as when I got it!

live the pattern but DOES NOT lay flat

When I first saw the rug I absolutely loved it. The braiding pattern was perfect. I have had it for a month and it will not lay flat . I’ve tried 100 things. Everyone is constantly tripping over it and just going to return at this point. Bummer

These rug style looks very high end and it is made beautifully. The square shaped rug is very unique and eye catching!

Not what I expected

Nice rugs but thicker than realized. Was concerned about tripping as thee rug was to be used in entryway. Also door was hitting rug.

Absolute Junk!

I was so excited about this rug when I ordered it. I actually ordered 2 in different sizes. I received them in late November. I thought that they looked so pretty in my rooms. I also thought that they would be durable. Not the case. I have only had these rugs in low traffic rooms also using top layering rugs for almost 7 weeks and the fibers are fraying, matting and showing significant wear. Not only are these rugs junk, the companies customer service is poor. Don't buy anything from Rugs Hut. I reached out to them 3 times inquiring if this wear was considered normal after only a few weeks. They claimed to not have received my initial email. I do not believe it! Not only did they disregard my concern, they outright said that I am no longer in their return window. I have never had so many issues with getting a problem resolved as I have with this company. I am so upset and frustrated with this buying experience that I will most likely never purchase anything again from Houzz again. Houzz needs to do a better job protecting their customers and set strict guidelines with their sellers on customer service and return policies, as it directly affects Houzz. If you don't want to be out hundreds of dollars or more, stay away from Rugs Hut! Less

Wish I could rate the Briitta rug. Instead I received a rug with diagonal stripes. It looked like a quality rug and was well-packaged and arrived quickly and in great condition. It just wasn't the one I ordered. 2 stars is for quick processing and helpful staff who arranged the return.

Jute carpets lets out hair fibers

The runners are really pretty looks perfect in my kitchen the only small complaint would be the hair fibers it lets out and I have to sweep up here in there but I'm still happy with my jute runners.

The color is richer than it showed on the website, which is a plus, and it's quite thick and soft underfoot. I am using it it my entry way, and it's much more attractive than an indoor/outdoor runner.

The area rug is perfect. I could get any rug as I work in the interior design industry but this rug from Home Depot was what I needed and the price was great. For a jute rug, the feel of it is soft, not scratchy as most jute rugs.

The rug was beautiful. The rug was very rough & it had snags in several places that would eventually run. I decided it was not going to be an easy-care rug so I returned it. I would advise purchasers to not purchase for a dining room. This rug would be better suited for a living room.

This is in a laundry room and is holding up well. I've gotten several compliments on it. It's not soft - but I wouldn't expect jute to be. Worth the price. Would recommend!

This is a beautiful, well-made rug. I would not recommend using it underneath furniture that gets moved (i.e. chairs) because the chunky fibers will snag.
