Very easy to assemble, shoveling the Lake Michigan Beach sand into the back of the truck was the hardest part, team Nanna and PaPa for the win with this one!! Definitely want to use a Power screwdriver, Drill with a small bit and tape measure. Our now 4 year old granddaughter loves this with her 11 month old brother. perfect size for the 2 of them.

Good product. Easy to assemble with electric screwdriver (wood is soft enough drill is not needed if electric screwdriver). Kid had fun from day 1.

Love this sandbox

I love this sandbox. It’s beautiful. My 4 year old was given this as a birthday gift and once I set it up she wanted to go play in it immediately. The quality of it is pretty decent. I love that it comes with a canopy and a sand cover! My only issue is that one of the boards was damaged upon arrival. I ended up using it anyways because it was needed. I just had to screw it in differently.

We haven't set this sand box up yet as it will be located in a new play area that we haven't completed yet. However, we already have one of the other style sandboxes from Best Choice that is 3-4 years old and is still going strong. Good Expectations.

Big Disappointment

A large wooden piece was broken. I tried to contact company with provided email. No such email. Then contacted Target who told me to reorder and take piece out I needed. Did this and it was not a perfect match but had already put most of it together. There is just a piece of plastic on the bottom. The sand comes out! There should at least had been something around the edges to keep sand in! Terrible instructions also.

One of the planks came split but it’s nothing we can use a clamp and wood glue to fix. Even though my very handy husband had multiple heart attacks putting this together, the end results were worth it. We had a good storm roll through and the cover that comes with it kept almost all of it out ( except from underneath as it is to be expected to come from the ground) but my son was able to go out, take the cover off and play in dry sand.

Putting this together was surprisingly simple. Also love that the wood is soft %26 that there is a way to cover it up when not in use. Perfect for the kids!

Better options available

Like others have stated, many pieces arrived damaged but not enough to prevent safe assembly. Shortly into use a button for the cover ripped and then recent two more did as well. After contacting the manufacturer I was told that they would not replace the cover since I was just outside of their 6 month warranty. That’s fine, but they wouldn’t let me purchase a replacement cover either. I’m now left with a $140 litter box for the neighborhood cats. There are better sandboxes and cheaper litter boxes out there for your money.

Very poor quality. Cracking while putting together. Not built to be out in the weather.
