Quality is good but the colour is not as shown. It also fits on the small side so if you have a large couch that matches the measurements given, it won’t fit. This came out short on length so bottom 3 inches wasn’t covered.

The fabric sofa cover is just the right thickness. Not to thin, not to heavy and the color it great! A creamy wheat just like I wanted.Fits well too!

Good Quality Fabric

Fits sofa well enough (just have to do a lot of pulling and tucking for adjustment). It is a heavyweight cotton, and comes out of dryer VERY wrinkled, so will require ironing (big job) or steaming. In general, however, I'm satisfied with this slipcover, as it protects furniture from cat claws!

Ugly!

I ordered this sofa cover in khaki because the natural was sold out. In the pictures the light mocha color didn't look too bad. I received my couch cover last night, and it's roughly the color of the signature Carhartt jacket (Carhartt Brown). I like the Carhartt jacket. It's a good, quality jacket. However, the color makes an unattractive couch cover. I live in Alaska, so shipping charges to return it will be a bear, but I'm thinking about doing it anyway. Even my husband thought it was ugly.

Measurements do not match

Let me preface by saying I bought both the sofa and loveseat cover. The loveseat fit but the sofa did not. The sofa cover is extremely small. I purchased a previous cover and it fit with no issues. This one measures 10" smaller from seam to seam and has the same measurements as the previous one I purchased. It was so tight and has no stretch to it. If you have a larger size sofa, this will not fit. Ours isn't even 96" and it still did not fit. What ever they changed about the designing and sewing of this was a big miss. Disappointed because we really love the loveseat cover.

Doesn't fit larger sofas even within their measurements

Yes, I read all the other reviews about the cover not fitting. Yes, I measured and remeasured my couch multiple times. And finally, yes, I assumed since I knew my sofa's measurements and they were just within what this cover should fit that it would work. The short answer of this just doesn't fit and it's not even close.

Not accurate sizing

My couch is larger, 96 in. However, this cover says it is capable of fitting. It honestly did not even come close. Once I got it situation one side it would barely reach the other. A shame, because the quality of the fabric was good.

Not advertised size, not as thick

I bought the heavy duty duck cotton wing chairs previously. Recently, I ordered one piece sofa. It barely fits my 85" sofa, even though it says up to 96".

Perfect fit, brought new life to my 20YO Sofa

I purchased this slipcover along with the lighter weight version. This heavier weight was well worth the extra money! My 20 year old oversized "slipcover" style furniture has a few more good years in her! Cannot wait for the loveseat version to come back in stock so I can order it. So glad to discover Sure Fit!

Perfect for my sofa and chair!

This is the only slipcover that works with my furniture, decor, and energetic dog. Her nails don't go through and rip the fabric the way they do with other slipcovers. I love the look on my furniture--it adds to the relaxed, cozy look of the room and the light color brightens things up. When the dog gets the fabric a little grimy, some Borax in the washer brightens it right back up and keeps it new-looking. I just wish the matching chair slipcover were still available--I really need a new one after many years of use!!

Durable

I like the durability and thickness of the material. The color was a bit darker than I had imagined but ended up working really well in my living room. The only downside is that I had to work hard to get all the of the wrinkles out and to secure slipcover in place. Anytime someone sits down and gets back up, I have to "iron out" the wrinkles. Perhaps, a more form fitting slipcover would have been a better for me.

I know I can count on Surefit for a quality product

I needed to replace an old cotton slipcover for my living room sofa. I checked around the web, but was not impressed with my findings. I knew I could depend on Surefit. I found this fabulous heavyweight cotton duck cover. It is well-made, solid, and looks beautiful. Transformative!

I would buy this product again

After pulling it from the dryer, the wrinkles had definitely improved. Then installing it was a trick! When asking the homeowner what size, she lay down on it, said she was 5'9" so said the couch was 6'. What was received was definitely longer, so lots of fabric had to be stuffed under the cushions, and the back 1 ' of fabric had to be folded... but no where to ensure it would stay. I sent a picture to the owner, she was happy with it! And that is what matters :)

Functional, nice color, not great fit.

Fabric is durable and looks like upholstery fabric. Taupe color is nice. However very difficult to remove wrinkles (even in dryer with wet towel). Does not fit couch real well (even though couch is within recommend dimension). Some puckering, and also becomes loose and puckered after sitting on and needs to be readjusted each time. Mine also came out of the package with 2 small red stains near arm and leg area. Too much hassle to exchange after all the prep time to install. It's fine for now until I can buy a new couch.

Super purchase

I was unsure about the size when I ordered the cover even after contacting customer service. The arms on my old sofa are huge. It fits loose and looks terrific. My black pug sheds 365 days a year this is an awesome cover for pets. His nails have destroyed many sofas. I'm confident that this cover will be extremely durable.

Good quality material but looks a little saggy

The material for this couch cover is nice and thick, and feels clean and fresh. It is a big improvement over th ripped material on my couch. My only complaint is that it looks loose and saggy within minutes of sitting on it. I try to straighten it out, but it inevitably goes back to looking loose. It is not a tight, form fitting cover, so this is to be expected. It was worth the money, since we aren't ready to buy a new couch yet.

Good Quality, but doesn't fit all sofa shapes

I really like the quality of the material, the color, and the drapery. But the coverlet doesn't fit the arms of my sofa which are low set and square. I had chatted with a representative prior to my purchase to make sure it would fit, and I was assured it would. I've made it work with some heavy tucking and folding, but I also use throw blankets to cover some of that up. Overall, it's a better look than the old couch so I'm sticking with it.

Disappointed that description didn't match product

I ordered the Heavyweight Cotton Duck slipcover which I had ordered several years ago and was very happy with. I received the "Sailcloth" cover, the weight seems much lighter and it has elastic where you would tuck in, which was not in the description of the slipcover. My previous one did not have elastic, I would prefer without elastic. I was disappointed that I received something different than what I was expecting. The product is made well and I like Surefit, but would suggest all descriptions match items better.

Problems with the size

My couch fit the dimensions in every way, but it would not fit. My couch is 96" long. This is the maximum in the description that it should fit. The other dimensions fit within the parameters of the slipcover. The fact is, if your couch is 96", the slipcover is not long enough. I had no problem with the quality of the product, but the dimensions that they list need to be shorter than 96".

Fabric like a magnet

I was very excited to find these to replace my old heavy cotton slipcovers. I've had several brands that were adequate, but none as heavy as my old slipcovers. The fabric is heavy and appears to be of good quality, there is an excess of fabric on the chair and loveseat. The flaw is that the fabric acts like a magnet for hair and lint. Our hair, pet hair, lint, everything sticks to this fabric and the only remedy is rolling several times with a sticky roller and picking the stuff off by hand. Even after washing, and I have a great front loader, the hair and lint is still all over the covers, pilled up in little balls or still stuck all over. A friend suggested using more fabric softener. Didn't work. We opened a gift while sitting on the sofa and styrofoam from the box stuck to the covers like glue. It was almost comical. I can't handle how badly everything sticks to this fabric, I've never seen anything like this. So, I'm back to my old slipcovers and probably stuck with these that I will never use. Very disappointing.
