Don't Do It
I ordered a custom stick to arrive for my husband for Christmas, I'm still waiting. I have spoken to associates with the company and was told "oh this happens sometimes, we will go ahead and make a new one and ship to you be on the lookout for a new email with tracking number." I have yet to receive the email or the item or anything. I have called and had no response back. I guess they got their money and literally ran. Do not order from them! Take your business elsewhere.
