Terrible frame, terrible customer service

I had the same issue as many of the reviewers. Within a couple of weeks the supports slid out from under the main slat and I realized they were basically broken. Upon contacting customer service they told me the individual pieces were unavailable to replace so the only option was to send me an entire new bed frame. What is the possible point of that for the same parts to break again for shoddy design, not to mention dragging another giant box up three flights again. Anyways, nearly a year later I have figured out a solution that still requires me to shuffle under the bed and hammer the supports back in place every few months. If I had not spent what little extra bucks I had on this frame I would just get a new one. Don’t buy this frame, and I would highly recommend avoiding buying anything from this company.

Bed broke within 6 weeks

Please don’t make the mistake I did, save the headache and find another company to purchase from. I bought this bed in July and it broke within 6 weeks. My husband (weighing 170 pounds) sat down on his side one night and the bed gave way beneath him. It’s been a total nightmare trying to deal with this, I’ve been emailing back and forth with Walker Edison for weeks and they are refusing to give us any refund, exchange, or anything. We are now out a couple hundred dollars, had to deconstruct a king size bed frame and find disposal for it, and will have to find time and money to get and construct another bed frame. I’m genuinely so upset at the situation and can’t believe how unhelpful the company has been. If they offered any kind of help, I’d feel different, and I waited to write this review in case they did. It’s a shame because the bed was very cute, but pretty poorly made. I can say with certainty I’ll never purchase from Walker Edison again and I’ll try to warn as many people as I can to save them the grief.

Choose a different bed

Just avoid this bed all together. I purchased it and used it for ~3 weeks and the bottom support broke. It's incredibly creaky and loud even if it was not broken. When I contacted customer support they were truly less than helpful... I was told it could be returned for a refund if it was in the original packaging. Wondering how anyone would know the item was defective before building & using it. My other option was to return due to "Buyers Remorse", pay an additional $50 AND a restocking fee to return it (in addition to the non-refundable $75 for initial shipping). The only way I would recommend this bed is if you were going to look at it and didnt plan to ever actually sleep on it.

Simple yet elegant

My husband and I just moved into our new house and found this bed frame online. We have been looking for something like it for a few weeks now, but couldn’t find one in our price range that didn’t look cheap. Then we found this one on sale & are so happy with the look of it! It is simple, yet elegant and it was very easy to assemble with the two of us! I can’t wait to finish setting up our room and test out the bed frame with everything set up!

Cama Mid Century modern solid wood spindle bedframe

Purchased this bed frame in late May / early June 2024. The setup / build of the frame absolutely required two people as the pieces had a precise fit. Took around an hour.

Love it

Definitely needs 2 people to assemble. I love this piece. The wood is heavy but beautiful. It doesn’t move or squeak at all.

HORRIBLE BED DONT BUY

I bought this for my new apartment. Not only is Walker Edison customer service the worst and takes days on days to respond, but the bed slats started leaning and cracking within 3 days (see everyone else’s review). This is NOT a good bed. Do NOT be deceived. Tried to get a refund, even a partial one since I had to buy tools to support the slats on the bed, and walker edison wouldn’t help me at all. Not worth the hassle.

Poor quality slats

I purchased this bed a month ago. It arrived within a matter of days and assembly was fairly easy and quick. The bed is beautiful but the slats that are included are horrible. Every time I get into the bed it creaks and it appears from the quality that they will not last very long.

Just built it

Seems like a nice product. Instructions were, unclear. I had to reassemble a number of times. Excited for my new apartment. Thanks.

Great Bed!

Havent had if for very long but it's already a vast improvement then the other bed we had! Sturdy, pretty to look at, and most importantly, doesn't creek with every freaking move! Hoping it holds up well

Sturdy but difficult assembly

Nice looking and sturdy bed. Annoying to put together. Pieces aren’t labeled properly I.e. two pieces on opposite sides may be look similar and both be labeled D, but one should absolutely be on the left and one should absolutely be on the right and it doesn’t tell you beforehand in the instructions. I had to redo multiple parts to make it all align correctly n

Beautiful! Low!

Beautiful piece - great quality, wood is stunning, and is just as pictured. Didn’t pay attention to height, so lower than I thought - not so much that I want to return though. Would recommend!

I love this bed

It's a very nice bed, super easy to assemble, you don't need any tools, but it's faster with a screwdriver. The color is exactly like in pictures and beautiful. The bottom supports are a little thin though. I read reviews from people who had them broken and decided to replaced them with wider ones just in case. it was super easy to do.

Solid wood bed, with issues

Took too long to build this because parts weren't labeled, and instructions felt vague. There was a lot of undoing because half-way I realized it was the wrong part. Also, holes were misaligned, and had to use my drill so I could attach the headboard to one of the side beams. Also on the footer piece, one of the holes was wayyy to close to the edge which broke. Lastly, the bed has a weird gap between the headboard and the mattress.

Do not buy this product. It broke within a few months of owning it. The feeble support legs beneath the frame cracked and gave out. The bed makes awful squeaking noises with the slightest movement. Wayfair refused to do anything about it after 90 days. Buyer beware, don’t waste your money.

Great Quality

Once we finally were able to get the bed completely assembled we saw that it is very well made . Beautiful color of wood . Our problem was that the dowel holes close to the bed post were not aligned correctly so we had to drill new holes . Was a little maddening trying to figure out why the bed was not coming together . All good now . Next purchase is the night stands .

Meh, disappointed

Disappointed despite "solid wood" frame, very "soft" and paint/finishing chipping, easily scratched or dented. Lots of imperfections. Instructions didn't even come in box, had to Google, they were quite vague. Headboard looks flush but really at an angle on the posts and difficult to fit a mattress now.

I was nervous to order this bed frame and I now understand why. First off, the package arrived extremely damaged and half opened (with foot prints even on the box???). That should have been my first sign. Upon examining the pieces, the wood is super light weight and not the best quality. Upon grabbing the frame I already dented the wood with my finger. The package also didn't come with any instructions, so I had to google and find some online ones and hope it was the correct one. The holes on the bed frame also came unaligned and didn't match up, so I had to create my own. the Pros: it was easy to put together, and did not take me long. It is a pretty bed frame, just not the best quality. I dont think the price was worth it.

Slatted headboard platform bed

This bed has only been assembled and in use for a few day, so I cannot speak to its durability and longevity. It was of average difficulty to put together- probably took at least an hour. It is a pretty-looking bed, lovely color (we purchased the caramel) and seems sturdy and of decent quality. Like that the supports are under the middle interior of the bed and that there is not a foot right at the side where you hit your toes getting into bed like so many other beds do. Overall, happy with purchase so far.
