Not what I expected

the picture of the color was not sufficient enough. The finish or color was not big enough or the correct color as to the actual frame. It doesn't not match my bathroom.

Warped frame

The frame of this mirror was severely warped straight out of the box, as if it had been sitting on a rack with supports at the ends. Taking it back and building my own.

Once removed from box and packing material realized the mirror frame is warped. Tried fixing this by placing weights on it for a couple of weeks with no joy. I guess that’s why it was on sale. I had already thrown away the box so that why I did not do a return. The store needs to be more careful on how the product is stored.

Although this mirror is beautiful, there is a defect in the design. The mirror is warped and does not hang flat against the wall. I ordered a replacement mirror and had the same problem. I do not recommend this product.

I ordered one of these that came warped. Hung it on the wall and the top and bottom sloped out. Ordered a replacement and it was the exact same thing. Returned both. If you order one be sure to keep the packaging for return.

Third times the charm! I really love this mirror. The first came damaged, the second damaged again, but the third is perfect!! The customer service was incredible with the issues I had. Def recommend this mirror. Def recommend Wayfair because of their customer service.

Nice looking mirror, but it arrived bowed in the center. Kind of disappointing given the cost. When leaning against a wall the frame flexes from the weight and looks distorted. It’s very noticeable.

I’m in love with this mirror!! Arrived well packaged and protected. It has a good weight to it. Currently leaning against the wall but I plan to hang it. Way bigger than I expected. Absolutely love it!!!

Be careful ordering a large mirror from Wayfair. Mine arrived completely shattered and is now my responsibility to clean up and dispose of. Wayfair will not compensate you for the cost of disposing of a damaged product, and given how poorly this mirror was protected, it's likely to continue to happen to people.

This rustic mirror looks impressive and attractive with its understated grace and finish. It has brought variety and an interesting variety to our room décor and the large reflecting surface brightly illuminates everything in the room. This full-length mirror adds a feeling of enhanced space in our home and the images are lifelike and realistic on the clean and smooth reflecting surface. This mirror balances well on the floor and I like it for its majestic presence.

I had never heard of this company so I was a little hesitant but the reviews seemed legit- and I’m glad I ordered it!! It’s a huge mirror, looks great, and came extremely well packed (it took me at least 10 minutes to get it out of the cardboard and foam). It’s heavy, but has hooks on the back for hanging and it is sturdy up on our wall!

Purchased for my bathroom updating. Not real wood, but that’s fine with me- Still great solid quality. I will be purchasing another one for my other bathroom. Also great price, sold at other places but found the best price here! Took a chance since I’d never heard of this company before. No regrets so far!

I was very nervous ordering a mirror online. I was worried about it being distorted, smaller than advertised, but I was most worried about it being cracked when arrived. This mirror arrived THOROUGHLY packed and snug, so I don’t see any way it could have been broken. The quality is so amazing and crystal clear and the frame around it looks very rustic. I highly, highly recommend this mirror to anyone. I’m very glad I didn’t settle for a cheaper mirror off of amazon, because this one is just unbeatable.

The mirror itself is huge & beautiful. Backing kind of was falling off when I opened it but Mirror was in great shape. I was struggling so hard to find a mirror worth spending on, this was it and I’m so happy I did!

This mirror is perfect! It’s got a distressed, weathered wood look and is HUGE! Perfect size for my space. I also love that I can hang it vertically or horizontally if I choose to use it in another way down the road. So happy with it!
