The dresser arrived well wrapped and no issues. However, I am giving it 4 stars because of the smell given off that just won't go away. I have to keep windows open and have placed scented drawer liners inside.

Bought this for my guest bedroom. Drawer slides came apart after 3 months of very light use. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

Purchase in white. The dresser was delivered assembled. Furniture store quality. Also purchase the matching desk and 2 white twin headboards. The guest room looks great.

Expensive for the quality of the product.

I feel I have to tell potential buyers this - these were exactly the look I wanted and at $800 each and having had good luck with Wayfair before I assumed they would be at least decent quality. I saw a lot of reviews saying they arrived broken but I took the chance anyway and ordered 2 for bedside tables. Sadly when they came both were so broken they were unusable. It also showed how poorly they are made to see the insides. They are pressboard, not real wood. I think they had neglected to put stabilizing screws in them because they had bent/popped apart, warped splintered and cracked in the shipping. Wayfair was great about refunding me so credit to their customer service department there. But I would have rather had nice quality intact dressers. They were too damaged to even donate so sadly they had to be disposed of. What a waste of time, energy and materials! The paint color and hardware are nice so they are visually pretty but even if undamaged I doubt the drawers would glide smoothly on the cheap hardware inside.Like I said, I’ve always been pleased with Wayfair in the past so I was shocked and very disappointed in the quality here. Drawers are small-be aware!

Love this little dresser. Arrived on time and in good condition. Using in a guest room for grand children.

Very flimsy frame and poor build for the price.

Beautiful, looks like they’re from a fancy furniture store. Also holds up well to drink condensation (found that out when I forgot to move my water overnight!).

3rd time ordering not a charm! So disappointed. I love the nightstands, but 3 x! I’m done. I’ll look for something That complements the nightstands!

We ordered two of these dressers to be matching nightstands, and one was severely damaged in the box beyond repair. We ordered them for a new home but didn’t open the box until we moved. By the time we opened the box it was 40 days past the delivery date, and Wayfair has refused to refund or replace the damaged item. We now have two unusable products that we paid over $1400 for and wayfair refuses to refund us. Really terrible customer service all the way around.

Damaged. Drawers don’t open properly. Drawers don’t close properly or rest in their tracks well. They wobble. Bottom drawer won’t open fully.

Nice dresser good for end tables. One came broken but was able to get replacement. Both dressers after a month of owning them have developed cracks in the paint and the top. Not worth the money

We received 3 of these and all three were coming apart At the seams. We finally just asked for a refund. The drawers are a beautiful color but not quality furniture. Customer service was 5 stars on all interactions!

This dresser arrived damaged and in unusable condition. (The outer packaging was fine.) As shown in the photos, one of the drawers is broken, the drawer track bent and improperly aligned and the drawer does not fit in the dresser. One side of the dresser was not nailed on and does not line up properly with the rest of the dresser. I emailed Joss Main and am waiting to hear to hear back from them.

Drawers stick when opening and closing. Front of drawers don’t align flush when loaded.

If I could, I would give this zero stars. Ordered two of these dressers and they came broken. Called for a refund and they suggested they would replace both for free and give special attention to my delivery. The two replacement dressers arrived, one delivered upside down and the other delivered on its side. It is almost comical at this point. Of course both were broken again. Luckily they refunded me in full for both but now I’m stuck with 4 broken dressers sitting in my garage.

Absolutely love this dresser by Joss Main. It’s very well made and looks perfect in our guest room. I loved it so much I bought another one.

Broken

The top was separated from the base to almost the end where it was scratched. I am waiting for the replacement. I hope I can give it a better review next time.The chest was shipped directly from the manufacturer so it was beyond Coleman’s control. Colman’s customer service has been great.
