Heavy and sturdy

Was looking for something heavy and sturdy so that our cats can climb up and down. This bookshelf serves the purpose very well.

Well made BUT

The cubes are a nonstandard size and I cannot find baskets, doors, or any other way to disguise the contents that fit well into the 14.7\"x14.7\" cubes. I am contemplating manufacturing my own custom cabinet doors just to make this shelving unit fit. It weighs a lot and is very sturdy. I\'m just disappointed that it always looks messy

Sturdy, well -organized and LARGE

This is a GREAT shelf! It\'s bigger than it looks in their pictures and such a perfect way to utilize a small area. See how some of it fits under my window so it doesn\'t block light? Perfect for organizing my crafting supplies. It also seems very sturdy to me and I\'m comfortable putting heavy things on the high shelves (I did use the wall stabilizers).

Great value and cute

I’ m using this as a bookshelf/room divider so it isn’t anchored to the wall but it’s very sturdy. I was looking at a more expensive shelf from ikea but I’m happy I went with this instead. The only downside is I needed help assembling but it’s a great product.

Great bookcase

I’ve bought quite a few furniture peices off of Amazon and, if you have too, you know they’re usually not worth the energy of pressing the buy now button let alone the effort to actually screw it together. This bookcase - is NOT like that. It’s sturdy, good quality, and easy to assemble. I easily put it together by myself in about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised! It did take two of the landscapers to get the box from the driveway into the house though - it’s heavy (because the wood isn’t flimsy)!

Instructions could be better

Mostly easy to put together. However, instructions aren\'t clear on where to put little wood hole plugs even though you\'re being asked to GLUE them in. There are 4 holes you have to choose from and 2 plugs. I managed to choose the wrong hole on my first board and had a hell of a time fixing it later. There are also no spare/extra parts given, so I am missing a pluggy boy. I don\'t think it mattered in the end, and I feel like the piece is still sturdy.

Nice

I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s unique, lots of space to put books and other decor. Fit perfectly ;y in the corner of my office. Very sturdy.

Kids room

We used this in our boys room as a “divider” and they love it! It looks great and we’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. It makes the boys feel like they each have a side of the room, but it’s not bulky or heavy looking. They like to put Lego creations on the shelves.

Great fit and finish

Everything went together easy, and looks great. Few of the parts were mixing but they sent them right away. Customer service was easy to deal with and very responsive.

Good quality

This is nice and sturdy. It was easy to put together but helped to have another person towards the end but could be done by one person. This fit perfectly in the space I need it for. It is working well for a storage and play area for my childs toys. And this will grow into a display piece as he grows up.

Sturdy and beautiful

This shelf is really nice. I've had it for 6 months and have moved it once and it's sturdy enough that there was no issue sliding it on my carpet to change position. I put it together myself in a cramped room with no issues, I'm 56, overweight and have arthritis and a bad back, if I can do it you can too.

Not so great.

The color was not consistent though out the unit. Some panels were a dingy/yellowish tint so it looks like you put scraps together from two different units.

I like it but…

After we put the entire thing together we found that one of the short pieces (G) was not completely laminated one whole edge is raw particle and a bit of an eye sore. It was not because we put it together incorrectly because, by design, both sides of this bookshelf have a finished look if the person chooses to use it as a room divider. Does it do the job it was intended for? Yes. But I see it every time I look at it and it bugs the crap out of me. So, minus some stars for poor construction and poor quality checks.

Statement piece

I was looking for a way to create an office nook in my living room. This product is very tall and sturdy. You can see in one of the pictures how tall it is. They recommend two people for assembly because it is a heavy piece. I assembled it on my own and found the directions were pretty simple. It took me approximately two hours with breaks but would probably had been an hour if I had help. I am giving it four stars for a few reasons. While it is a sturdy piece, it’s definitely not high-quality. The assembly is extremely easy but this piece is heavy and the only way to connect the different levels together is by extremely long screws that
