Needed a wood chair for lab & this was prefect

Needed a wood chair! faculty & lab tech loved it. Never thought to look at restaurant furniture as we only needed one chair. It popped up in a search, located in Ontario, CA so close by, and so affordable. The faculty and tech just love the chair and said it was super comfortable.

chair quality is good, color misrepresentation

I ordered the chairs based on the color shown on your website because I wanted a close match to the table I already had. I received chairs considerably lighter in color. Also, the chairs need to be packed better. I have a few dents and abrasions.

Buy at your own risk

Bought the walnut...its not walnut color, too dark and red. Anyway was going to exchange but they want a 35% restocking fee, even with exchange....(plus you need to pay to ship them back)... buy at your own risk. Wont be purchasing here again

I purchased 6 chairs and only one of them had a small scratch on the back leg. I called customer service and they resolved the problem very quickly. The strength of the chair is what impressed me the most. I wanted restaurant quality chairs so that they would last because other places sell kithcn chairs that last a year or 2. Ihave had these for a couple of months and we are very happy with them. Now i need a new sofa and maybe a new kitchen table. The service at the store was incredible. The associate brought them to my car and loaded them into the back very professionally. I would definitely order from this Home Depot again

Excellent dining chairs

The chairs arrived in two batches, and I was impressed with the speed of the shipping, and the packaging. Assembly was easy and took about 10 minutes per chair. The chairs themselves are solid wood, well designed, and comfortable to sit in. They are simple enough and I ordered without cushions to make it easy to dress them up in a variety of ways. For the cost, convenience, and product, they are an excellent bargain.

Wobbles

no hardware included, severe wobble, and poor stain quality. Seat looks as if used, rather than new.

Good looking chairs

Fast shipping, chairs are solid. Our only complaint is we ordered 2 chairs of which we received but only received screws for one

Tipping hazard

Solid chair, but not recommended for houses with kids who might tip them back--high center of gravity means they fall over easily.

Super comfortable chairs and very sturdy. We purchased these because it states it can hold bigger people. We have a family member on the larger size and they are comfortable in the chair and there are no issues or concerns with the chair holding the person.

New chair purchase

The chais are well built and very comfortable. There was only one issue and it was addressed very quickly by the vendor. They have great customer service.

Kitchen Chair

Aesthetically, the chair is wonderful. It's not as sturdy as it should be, mainly the back. The seat needed to be attached and it wouldn't line up quite right. Decent if not going to be used much.

Very sturdy, well made, nice looking chairs. Not too comfortable to sit on but fine with foam seat cushions. A little pricey but good quality.

Quality Product!

Ordered for mother-in-law who is in assisted living. It's the perfect size and very stable! This chair will be used at a 30" round table and she couldn't be more pleased. I'm ordering another one today!

Lowe's products have come damaged 3 times now!!

We were very disappointed when we ordered 6 chairs and could only use 4 as two of them were damaged (seats and chairs)! Then we went on to order two more and they are now out of stock. Maybe when they're back in stock, a discount should be given for all the trouble of having to truck them back to Lowe's and now not having 6 chairs; only having 4.

Attractive heavy duty "restaurant " chair

I like these chairs;purchased several. Heavy duty,easy to assemble but need drill to put them together -so keep that in mind if you decide to select them.

Wrong hardware provided, required too much effort

The chair as delivered was not as described in the included instructions, and lacked the required hardware. The instructions showed four angle brackets, but the chair only had two. Four short screws were provided, but I had to rummage around to find two more angle brackets and two additional screws. Had to drill pilot holes for all screws. All in all, it took a lot of effort to make this chair work. It's a good, solid chair, but the product description did not mention the amount of time and effort required.
