Came broken

Packaging is very shoddy, and as a result, 3 tiles arrived broken in half.

Broken tiles, can you replace?

I need replacement tiles.

Good fire pit however it was incomplete.

It performs as advertised, I have used it numerous times with no problems. However the product did not come with all the tiles so it came as an incomplete set. This is why I only rated it 3-stars. The lowest expectation that a customer should have is that the product is at least complete.

Tile Deck fireplace

Very rich looking deck fireplace. Make a nice compliment to our deck. Can’t wait to use.

Ash drawer

I was wondering what is considered an ash drawer on this item.

Damaged

We picked this item up from the store. Assembled it and found that it was damaged in multiple places. There is a dent in the leg and the finish was chipped off on the top. Not a very quality product for the money.

Keep the screen on or wood chip fly out

I love it we can have a nice fire on a cool night.

Great value.

It was pretty easy to put together. It was heavier than I thought because of tiles, so I'd recommend assembling it close to spot where it will be used.

A few days ago I wrote a review regarding the condition of the fire pit I recently purchased and received a response asking me to contact the company by email. The email address provided was teamcustomerservice.com and I attempted to send the email multiple times. Each time I received an error message stating that the email address is invalid. Could you please provide a valid email address or a phone number so I’m not further inconvenienced by unnecessary research? Thank you.

The fire pit was very easy to put together and looks nice. We haven’t used it yet but plan to tonight. After taking it outside for the first time a moment ago I noticed the same issue as someone else and that is it’s rusted in many areas. I know it wasn’t super expensive but for the amount that I paid I expect it to be in good condition. I shouldn’t even use it and request a replacement but my children have been waiting for this for so long and I don’t want to make them wait any longer. Hopefully I’m not disappointed in the performance, I don’t know how it could burn wrong but I’m sure it’s possible.

Worth the price

All parts were there and received several extra pieces of tile. Very sturdy.

DON'T BUY-RUST ON NEW PRODUCT

Fire Pit was already rusting when arrived in the package. It also had scuffed up places in 3 spots that caused us to have to repaint the black frame when it arrived. Not sure if this was sitting in warehouse too long or why it was shipped with rust and terrible paint job.

Same cheap hunk of junk as Kohls.

The exact same terrible quality with gaps between welds, ripped “won’t last a whole season” cover, and flimsy/dented fire pit kit as what I had to return to Kohls because it was so not worth the money.

Very nice fire pit

Easy to put together, nice ceramic tiles. The only "not like" was the screen top already has two little rust spots.

Some of the tiles can potentially come cracked

It’s a nice fire place. I like that it came with a cover for when it’s not in use.
