We purchased two Nautical Curveback Adirondack Bar Chairs to go with a Round Farmhouse Bar Table, and are very happy with the purchase and setup. The chairs are sturdy and attractive. They do not move in the wind and are very comfortable. We particularly like the curved high back and foot rest. Installation was not too bad, and only took about 15 minutes (with two people). One note - the chairs are fairly heavy and somewhat difficult to move once installed.

Poor customer service

The product is outstanding but the customer service is nonexistent. I waited over 30 days for stools I purchased for $1000. During assembly I found one step was manufactured incorrectly. I submitted a request for replacement. No response. After 3 follow up emails still no response.

Love them! The regular chairs were sent out by mistake but once I was able to connect with someone from polywood the issue was corrected quickly!

Great chairs!

No issues putting these together. They are very comfortable and well made. They can be left outside for all seasons without any worries on the durability. We bought two chairs and may come back for a table.

POOR QUALITY - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Package arrived missing half the components. No lega, no lower cross bars. The chair back has holes misaligned with screws barely securing the slats. I completed a missing parts inquiry online over two weeks ago and still have not heard a response. So in summary, price - high, quality - poor, customer support - non-existent. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Comfortable Chairs, Lousy Quality Control

I ordered two Nautical Curveback Adirondack bar chairs. Both boxes arrived within the estimated delivery time and each box was labeled as 'Nautical Curveback Adirondack bar chairs'. One box did contain the correct chair while the second box contained a 'Vineyard Curveback Adirondack bar chair'. I didn't notice the discrepancy until we were well into the hellish assembly procedure caused by misaligned screw holes and screw holes that had not been pre-drilled adequately. Once assembled the arms on the Vineyard chair had visible gaps between the arms and their supports which I could not correct. Also, one screw on one of the slats of the Nautical chair back was flush with the slat and not recessed as the others are. However, once assembled, the chairs were found to be quite comfortable.
