Great chairs..hassle otherwise

Great chairs. Deliver was sorta slow and when they finally arrived it was missing 4 pieces. Then some screw holes barely line up during assembly. Love the chairs but getting everything together was a challenge.

So far, so good!

Sturdy, comfortable and stylish. We’ve tried different furniture around our pool over the past decade, but it rarely lasts. We came across some Polywood while on vacation and were told it holds up well year over year. We ordered a couple chaises and a couple of rockers, and really like the quality so far. If they wear as well as we hope, we will purchase more!

Main part of chair missing upon delivery, been waiting for response from customer care for over a week

We are still seeking a response to my missing hardware of rocking chair - this char was purchased on May 5th. It was delivered on May 18th. We opened this ticket on May 29th (ID 2353268). As the missing part is the main part of the rocking chair (the back support), we have been unable to finish building it. Please help us! We are eager to start rocking!

I have been wanting these for awhile and finally decided to purchase. Shipping was delayed about a week, not sure why, but once I reached out to customer service I received them in a few days. NOTE I was delighted to find the Allen wrench with the handle which is better than what you normally get with furniture but after spending about 45 mins putting the first chair together ( about 10 long screws) I realized there was a straight Allen wrench to use with a cordless drill. Second chair took 15 minutes tops. Would be easier with 2 people to hold the parts together while starting the screws. One chair the top of the back didn’t want to fit into the slot. Hope to enjoy these for a long time to come

The directions were very clear

The directions were very clear and easy. Important point… don’t tighten the bolts all the way!!!I absolutely love the dark green! I have ink pillows on the chair and I have had lots of compliments!My sister loved them so much, she bought a set!

I ordered 4 rocking chairs,2

I ordered 4 rocking chairs,2 side tables and a table and 4 chairs previously with no problem. This order was 4 rocking chairs and 2 side table. We had more trouble this time with assembly. The holes on the sides didn’t line up as easy and then one of the chairs side pieces were defective. I am waiting for additional parts. I did email and was assigned a # but after 5 days had to call customer service for assistance. Olivia was awesome and hopefully I will have new side pieces for the rocking chair soon.

Rockin' Rockers

We love our rockers! They are very sturdy and easy to keep clean. We especially love the cushions because we sit in the rockers so much. Assembly was easy too.

Terrible Customer Service

The chairs and table were all three missing screws. I have called twice now trying to get replacement screws and cannot get anywhere. This is crazy. I'm likely going to just return them.

The chairs are great except we had to return one due to warping. The warping prevented proper assembly. The warranty customer service rep was awesome. We received a new chair to replace the defective one. We have two sets of these Nautical rockers. They are very comfortable and look great.

Great Patio Set

These chairs look great on our patio and were very easy to put together! We live in a very humid region, so having chairs that look like wood but are made of weather-resistant material functions well for our family. The chairs are very comfortable and rock very smoothly.

During the Pandemic, my husband and I bought 2 Polywood Adirondack chairs for our dock. I was hesitant to go with a wood alternative, but my husband felt that between the sun and the salt air, Polywood chairs would weather well. And of course, we both love the idea that it takes plastics out of our environment. Needless to say, the chairs were a hit! Fast forward 3 years and we decided to purchase rocking chairs for an upstairs balcony. The only option for us was Polywood. I was really excited when the boxes were finally delivered and decided to put them together by myself to surprise my husband. It was pretty easy! I’d say each chair took me an hour, but I opted to use the tools included and not a drill. (Plus my cat kept trying to help). I highly recommend polywood products. My second set of Outdoor furniture.

The chairs and table are great, sturdy, look good, sit well and darn near indestructible. However putting the rockers together was a challenge as some male connectors did not line up with the attachment slots. Especially the back. Had to bevel the edges with a sander which gave it enough room to get into slot with the help of a rubber mallet.

Love This Rocking Chair Set

We are so happy with all of our new Polywood furniture. I love sitting on the back deck and looking over the valley behind our house in these comfortable chairs. It's a favorite reading spot. I do recommend buying the seat cushions. We didn't buy them with the chairs and decided to order them shortly after the chairs came; they do make them much more comfortable. I'm happy to have furniture that looks good, is comfortable, and will last for years.
