Swapped for new inserts and voila! Perfect!
Meh. It's not great, nor is it terrible. It feels kind of cheap, with its printed on design. If you have ever held authentic shibori fabric in your hands, skip this purchase. The listing says it's 16x16, however, the one I received is 16.75" by 16.5". The insert is 17x17, but I replaced that with an 18x18 feather insert (I knew I would need to do this based other reviews). The overall cheap feel is what makes this pillow 2 stars for me.

Beautiful design, pillow was flatter than expected but is still a nice addition to arrange with other pillows. the colors look nice together

Beautiful but SUPER FLAT
This pillow is SO flat. When I saw the package I thought it must be compressed for shipping. Nope. It's just super flat. I will need to replace the filler inside. Beware.
