This Smead pocket file folder is great for being able to see all of the tabs at a glance. The bottom doesn't stay expanded enough for it to stand alone yet. It is very sturdy and as I file more papers away, I'm sure the base will expand appropriately.

I bought this thinking it would be a good way to store files that I use daily. However, it is not sturdy enough for everyday use. This is a file it and leave it type system made with weak cardboard. Any type of real wear and tear will destry this system ina matter of days

The file is sturdy but I don't see how it will hold 900 pieces of paper. I am using it to stand alone on my desk and it doesn't want to stand up it keeps falling over. However it is what I wanted and I will figure out a way to make it work.

I chose this item to help me file papers for follow up. I found a "slightly damaged" model which was about $9 less than the brand new one. I took a chance and am very glad I did! The only damage I found was a crinkle in the front corner, very small and a small scratch on the edge, which meant the blue color was scratched off. Still very usable and will help me clear off my desk!

This is really the most efficient way to sort and store account documents, and also keep the info within easy reach during the year. The graduated (stadium, as they call it) height makes each level easy to see at a glance. This is so much better than the other types of file dividers that are all the same height and difficult to read and find.
