No quality control damaged inside but out side box was not damaged/ will use as is but price was to high for item received also I would lose money if I returned it

The product is not as flexible as I had hoped and one of the two I ordered arrived with a huge hole crushed through the bottom.

Recently bought a large number of these for an office move and I was very pleased with how well they held up. They're durable and the various colors were very helpful for us to easily identify and sort paperwork by department. Would definitely purchase again.

Received just one folder instead of two...

Hi. I only received one folder. I believe the offer was for two? (your description says "one each"). I 'd thought there would be a blue folder and a green one. Is this right?

Cheap made, broke the first time it was used.

Like product, not the color.

Dislike color sent, black, both were black. Expecting blue and light green.

Only one file was delivered

I bought this package of two files because I needed two files. When the product was delivered, there was only one file in the box. I called Walmart which gave me a 50% refund on the price of the two files (nothing on shipping). The file I did receive seems to be of good quality and will serve my needs. I just need to go buy another file.

[Rewarded Review] Not as good as the older version

I prefer the older version with the flat front clasp versus having the ones that stick out and the external flap. It was much easier to store them side-by-side with the old clasps and these newer clasps requiring more push/pull to get them into the right place to put on the locks.

I bought this thinking it was plastic or something durable. This is a "cardboard" type folder. I'm disappointed but will see how long it lasts.

No Alphabet on each label.

There aren't 26 spaces for an entire alphabet option.

We received a different product - lock is cheaper and not as sturdy as the one shown - very disappointing. They should of continued to make the same product - why fixed something that was working well.

Finally found the folder I needed, and it has a handle, easy to carry. I like the paper dividers, much nicer than the cheap thin plastic most of these items have. Labels are ill advised, they pre-print your folders. I used the letter ones
