Bed 5 Stars Delivery Service 1 Star!

The bed is great! The delivery people could have done better. I knew when I ordered the bed for my mother it came with adjustable legs. When I asked the men to set the legs at the lowest height, because my elderly mom would be able to sit on the bed, the gentleman said it didn’t come with adjustable legs and I’d have to call the company and out the door they went! The bed was like 27” tall. Mom could not even climb in the bed let alone sit on it. So I called my daughter in law and she came over. I’m 65 it was not an easy job. We had to prop the bed up on 2x4’s and took the extended legs replaced them with the shortest legs. I also found the disks that go on the bottom of the legs in the bag of trash from where they opened it. I’m just glad I told them I would clean up all the trash. So my review is based on delivery service. I give the bed 5 STARS!

I can just speak for me I am a lot of pain and it was a firm bed and the adjustable base was such a help.

Works as promised! Easy to operate with the remote. Just love to sit reclined watching TV in bed. Helps my breathing, helps to alleviate acid reflux while sleeping.
