BUY BEWARE (if you live on a 2nd floor)

The chair is comfortable, but the company Target hired to ship the chair and Target’s customer service are awful. The heavy chair was delivered to the wrong apartment (on the first floor) so I was forced to find help and move the chair myself. Target customer support was equally awful. No empathy and no help.

I bought 2 of these for a small tv room. They are beautifully made, good fabric and construction that I would expect from Serta. I am 70 years old and the most difficult part of putting them together by myself was getting them out of the boxes. I gave them 4 stars because one of the sides of the second chair was not fully put together. The bracket and 3 screws were in the box. Someone ran out of time. The top screws went in fine. Nice and tight. The third doesn’t seem to want to catch in the hole. I will have one of my sons give it a try.

This chair is perfect for my sewing room and can be easily converted into a bedroom for a guest. My daughter used it this summer to nurse her baby and she said it was very comfortable.

This is a good chair! A little stiff but comfortable for sitting and the occasional sleep.

Great quality. Just what my craft room needed

It’s a firm chair, very supportive for the back it’s also great for sleeping with adjustable head rest( back of chair). It’s narrow so will accommodate children and small adults only. It’s 5 stars for me I dropped it to 4 just because length isn’t universally long for taller folks.

Perfect for our young children to sleep on and good to lounge on while watching TV.

I wasn’t impressed with the shipping and had difficulty wresting it into the house, but my adopted grandson easily put it together for me and it is exactly what I needed.

Very comfy if a lumbar or other decorative pillow is added. More sophisticated looking than I had anticipated. Bulky but fairly easy to unpack and assemble.

THE WORST

Fairly comfortable for sitting, although I definitely need a different throw pillow. Does well as a bed, too!

This chair is just what I wanted for a place to sit and sleep on my ground floor. It is solidly built and was super easy to put together. It's firm but still comfortable for sitting; I will augment the back cushion with more pillows, as the seat is pretty deep.

I love this chair, its exactly what its described to be, was easy to assemble and the price was right!

This chair is well made. Very heavy but easy to pull out and set up. Best part the seat has real springs that are wrapped. It is Amazing and sure this will last a long time. Serta,is a old good quality name.

Wonderful, multifunctional chair. Love the design! It easily converts to a bed or a chaise lounge.

Ordered this product for a child’s room in anticipation of needing an extra sleeper.

The chair looks great and wasn't too hard to assemble. Despite how much the client liked it it was a smidge too small for the 6 foot son who would be using it from time to time. Darn shame because it had all the right elements otherwise.
