My grandkids fight over who is sitting on this couch. They love it so much they don’t sleep in their beds

We love our new couch. The massager is a bit loud but that’s not what we bought it for. The material is soft and the heat is comfortable. All pieces came at one time and together my husband and I put it together within 2 hours. So far we are very pleased.

Broken loveseat

I received the furniture on September 23. The loveseat is broken and I want a new one delivered to be able to enjoy my loveseat.

Very easy to put together. Not bad for the price. Recliner are very comfortable.

Love this! I put it in a customers home and its very comfortable and the quality is great!

Love the confrort but dislike the setup (Came in a box). Easy to assemble with patience.

Decent budget option. Not quite as sturdy as I would like. Vibrating option is rather loud. Side arms are a little flimsy. But, overall given the price a good buy

By far the worst couch I’ve ever owned. So uncomfortable and it’s been barely over a year, the seats have half caved in and the footrests won’t go all the way down. The electrical stopped working after a few months. Awful. Save your money and do not buy.

not up to par.

The fabric is easy to clean. It is really comfortable and the massage is what we wanted. Works good so far.

Left side motor burned out with recliner in reclined position after 4 months.

I’m mostly happy it’s not comfortable for me to sleep on. Others have absolutely no problem! It’s a very nice loveseat.

Only had this about a month and already one seat is sagging on one side. Would not buy this ever again.

Seat length is very short if you have long legs. This is the least comfortable recliner we have ever owned. And the vibration at the “head” setting is very loud and not relaxing at all. The vibration is just that - be aware this isn’t a “massage” experience. Cost of $230 to return makes it extremely cost ineffective to replace with another item.

Very Comfortable Loveseat

The loveseat sits pretty close to the wall and reclines beautifully, very smooth. The massage is a little noisy, but we'll get used to it. My husband loves the heat feature. I love the USB port on the side and the little pockets to hold my cell phone and reading glasses. The cup holder is also nice. It is very comfortable to sit in and recline in. I would have no trouble falling asleep on this sofa.

Super comfortable.

The motor on the left side burned up within 2 days. The Warrenty company took over a week to give a satisfactory decision. The Warrenty company is going to send a left seat. I hope I get it soon.

The color was as expected. Comfortable seating.
