Good bench for foot of bed.
Put this at foot of guest bed and it is just right! Was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. Light grey is a pretty color and just what the room needed.

Poorly made -- don't waste your money
I like the color of the fabric, but that's about it. This bench is really flimsy and poorly made. My bench also arrived mis-manufactured. The holes for the legs weren't uniform, so the ones on the right-hand side flared out more than those on the left-hand side. It looked horrible and i felt like the whole thing was going to break when I sat on it (and I'm only 170 lbs).
Small bench
This is a small bench but fits perfectly in the space I put it. It was easy to assemble.
