Initially feels cool but warms up thru the night as your body gets warmer.

Super Durable

The blanket is super durable. It's soft and thin. I find it does help with cooling, it's not full relief where you're drafted. It seems more of a cooling sensation. If you sleep in one spot/position it does tend to warm up a bit but if you move in your sleep it's cool. I find if I move my leg from one spot to another then back again it's already cool where my leg just was. I would definitely buy one again.
