Beautiful rug that I absolutely adore BUT way fair was horrifically delayed and it took MONTHS for it to get to me which is quite disappointing with the price of it. I recommend not ordering with wayfair if you can find from somewhere else for a good price. Havent had the issue before with Wayfair but it was awful this time and customer service was not helpful. With that being said i do adore the rug and its beauty)

This is my first time buying a rifle rug. I’ve always wanted one, but could never justify the price. I finally pulled the trigger and I couldn’t be more disappointed. First, it took months to get here. Which I recognize is more a Wayfair issue than Rifle. But when it did get here, it had a thread completely exposed. Since then, more threads have come loose and the rug is shedding. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks. This was so not worth the money or the shipping time. I have $50 rugs from rugs.com that are in better shape than this one. It’s pretty, but it’s not worth it.

Beautiful rug!I have a rug pad under it and it's very comfy to walk on, not too thin, and nice soft texture. The floral elements provide great colors to match accent pieces to. Definitely an intense smell when we first opened it up but we were able to close off the room it's in, open the window, and run a fan to air it out for a couple days (per Google recommendations - not uncommon for new rugs), which helped a ton. Anything residual will dissipate over time I'm sure. Absolutely worth it for the price and quality

Beautiful rug

This rug is just beautiful. I received a defective rug but contacted costumer service and they where prompt to resolve my issue. I am very satisfied with the service and the rug. Very, very pretty.

This rug is even more gorgeous and plush in person and I plan to buy another one for my upstairs office!!

I wanted to submit a review because I saw all 5 stars and was really excited to receive this rug. The rug is not very soft, moderate quality (some thread pulls on arrival), very pretty pattern we really liked, but some of the worst off-gassing of fumes that I’ve ever experienced - it’s day 4 and we have a high powered HEPA filter in the room with open windows even after removal and the room it was in still smells awful, like burnt toxic plastic, and now several items in our nursery including a beloved recliner has the smell still lingering.
