Terrible rug

This rug is garbage . I didn't have it one month and the rug is falling apart . Not well made and I wouldn't recommend this rug to anyone . The rug top started losing its material before one one . See down to backing . Don't buy it doesn't hold up mine is not even 6 months old and it's ready for the trash

Not good value

Not good value. Came folded and has many creases. Some loops have gaps from being folded and look like there is a hole there. Loops easily pull and get snagged. I have had several rugs similar to this that have lasted many years but this will not last long

NOPE

I just ordered this in black. It is literally the ugliest rug I have ever seen. The pile is shaggier than an old Muppet dragged through a wheat field. The backing is like that cheap dry rubber everyone's grandmaw had in 1984. And top to it all off, they folded a 6x9 rug and put it in a rectangular mailing box. Srsy?? I need to run this to the return desk because it offends me just sitting nearby.

Poor quality

I purchased three of these rugs. 2 for my living room and one for master bedroom. One was rug was damaged with a large snag when i received it. I contacted customer service which quickly sent me a replacement. However, we have two small dogs and just with them running around they quickly and very very easily snagged and damaged all of my rugs. These rugs are NOT made well at all. Even a few times as i vacuumed it snagged these rugs.

It’s a rug that falls apart. Can’t vacuum. Beware!

It’s barely okay and will have lose threads and fall apart the moment you go to vacuum. We have an expensive vacuum and it doesn’t do that to our other rugs or carpet so that’s not the issue. Bought to cover up a stained old area on our carpet in the home we just bought and unfortunately we have only had the rug less then a month and their are MANY pieces of loose pieces of carpet coming up from the rug. We can’t vacuum it at all bc of this issue. We have 2 longer hair dogs and so this is now an big issue. I wouldn’t of bought this sale or not if we knew that it wasn’t a high priced “good” rug which is what it was sold and featured as. Instead it’s almost like we purchased from a very low end store. I’ll give 2 stars bc it’s a rug and nice looking at first but doesn’t hold up or look like it should for that price by any means. Very disappointed. I was so excited for this piece and now know I wasted my money for a big piece of soon to be trash. We can’t return it as it’s been used and laying on our floor obviously but I also would not recommend anyone purchasing unless this rug is put into a show room and you will never touch or use it bc it will fall apart extremely quick and the moment you touch it. Just VERY cheaply made unfortunately or maybe I got a bag rug but regardless definitely the worst product I have ever received from Kohls and I am a card holder, as well as my husband and Kohls is our choice store if that says anything.

Read other reviews after ordering. Complaints about rug being folded and boxed that way, not rolled. I have no problem with it. Let the rug settle and flatten. Nice thickness and very nice, subtle pattern. I have the Chilli Red 6X9, color is NOT a bright red. More like a muted wine color. Very satisfied.
