The chair is nice except for the very cheap little silver ring that goes on towards the bottoms. The silver ring was all broken when I received my chair and it is cheap and ugly.

I looked at MANY chairs and decided the ability to adjust height was important. I also wanted a comfortable chair, as opposed to a stool. These chairs meet my criteria - and actually exceed expectations. Prices vary ... really consider how much time you might appreciate the extra padding!

Beautiful look but subpar quality.

I purchased 3 of these stools less than 1 year ago (back in 2021), and the foot rest has already snapped off. These stools are not living up to the quality I expected, based on the product description and photos. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product considering the price paid for them. They are beautiful to look at, and they add an elegant aesthetic to any room, buy they're not functional for everyday use. The hydraulic broke on one of them, after 6 months, and 3 months later, the foot rest bent and broke. Based on this purchase and our use of the stools, there are some design flaws that need to be addressed and fixed.

The quality of this product is horrible. The foot leverage broke in a year. Two of my bar stools the foot leverage broke on these stools. I purchased these stools at the regular price of 300 or more a piece and these stool was not worth the price. I wouldn't ever purchased another high price items from this company. The quality of is horrible.

Bought 2 on a different website. They were gorgeous. Needed another and this place had the best price. Perfect match.

We like our counter chairs very much, they are beautiful in color (navy blue velvet), comfortable, sturdy, swivel and go up and down. Our grandchildren love sitting on them❗️

Color is lilac, not pink! Still elegant. So easy to assemble. Took about 2 minutes.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting the base to have a plastic piece (which one was broken upon arrival). Still waiting for Houzz to ship this piece to me. For now, the one stool is laying in the middle of floor because I need this “plastic” piece in order to put it together. Frustrating!

One silver ring thing was broken when I opened the box. I ordered 6 stools but one stool is off white instead of white. The quality is really good and they are very comfortable.

Future shoppers should be made aware that the website shows the stools as a set. However, the price quoted is for only ONE stool. The website should be revised to state that.

One chair bolting pad bent up . All collar rings came silver plastic instead of gold to match. One was broken. Cheap plastic

Takes 5 minutes to assemble, it can be done solo. It MUST BE SHIMMED to sit in it, however, otherwise it would get 5 stars. . . I invite the maker of these chairs to issue the CORRECTIVE PERMANENT SHIM for the front of the chair base. Send me 2 for my two otherwise good chairs, thanks.

These chairs are awesome! Incredibly beautiful, very well crafted and unreal easy to assemble. Plus, the velvet is soo soft. They are everything the description says they are. I am beyond happy with purchase!!!!!!!

The chairs are beautiful only giving 3 stars because I ordered 2 and one came damaged. I’m waiting on a response back for a return. But they’re are extremely gorgeous. You should buy! . Beautiful chairs! I got them in black and gold and they look stunning. The only thing is when you get the gold base, it comes with a silver ring for the base and it’s very apparent. It’s should have been good but it’s easy to spray paint.

These chairs look really nice and are very comfortable. They are also easy to put together. One piece arrived damaged, but houzz and the company quickly resolved the issue. I am so pleased with this purchase especially when the other counter stools I like were twice the price. I would attach a photo, but my remodel isn't quite finished. I may do so once the remodel is complete. Great chairs!

First off, easy assembly, especially after you get the first one under your belt. Second - this met my MUST HAVE requirements of swivel and blue velvet (hard to find); adjustable height is an added bonus so each person can tweak to the height best for their individual preference. The nail heads around the backside are a nice touch too. I only wish that the base was a bit smaller and that the gold was instead an antique bronze. Be advised, the gold is GOLD - shiny GOLD. An odd thing I didn't care for is that the ring that goes between the base and the pole that holds the chair is silver. Not sure why for a very gold base stool a very gold base joint ring is not provided, but, OK, not really a deal breaker. Comments from guests are that they are comfortable. Overall, these add a very nice chic lounge type vibe to our very large irregular shaped island. We fit (5) of these comfortably for dining. Bought (6) so if we ever want to wedge in an extra person when just socializing, it should be an option. It does look a bit cramped at the bottom because of the size of the base....about 17.5 inches diameter. But, again, I'm making it work for my set up because my MUST HAVE requirements are met. Make sure you can accommodate this size base around your island.

These bar stools are gorgeous! I searched for the right ones for several months. They're stylish and very comfortable which is a rare find. However, this is an update to my original review which I had given a 4-star rating. . . I've had these barstools for just over a month and on one of them, the 12" horizontal footrest bar underneath the seat literally broke while adjusting the chair! If I had any complaints when I first got the barstools was that the footrest should be wider and thicker for more foot comfort and support. Now I'm nervous to sit in my other barstools, or for anyone else to sit on them. I have a total of 4 - well now only 3. . . I've had barstools in the past and this has never happened. I'm very disappointed and am working with Houzz customer service to determine a solution.

I purchase two bar stools in gray. Took less then 10 mins to assemble. The quality is perfect and the look fits my glitz and glamor look in my home perfectly. Recommend purchasing if in doubt. The Barstool is very beautiful

Furnishing my new place.I purchased and received these bar stools and was pleasantly surprised. The color was rich and the assembly took 7-10 minutes tops. The instructions were super simple and easy. My guy friend and I sat on them for hours and talked and were both agreed they were nice and comfortable. So if your thinking about purchasing I would say do it.
