Not perfect
We have quite a bit of polywood furniture. This was first there was some damage. One hole that should have drilled was not. Lucky my husband has tools & quite handy. Same chair two of the holes for bolts were too close to edge & there is bulge from on side of chairs from those screws.
Nice product. Would like to be a little heavier or thicker.
Love these chairs
We wanted some heavy duty chairs that would last a long time and not require a lot of maintenance. These fit the bill. We have had some pretty high winds and the chairs stayed put. Love the fun colors. Bonus that they are manufactured using recycled material. Happy with our purchase.
The rockers are great!

Quality Control
I bought 2 rockers and I love them. The first rocker we put together had a defect in which the holes in the front legs and the rocker piece were not lined up and compromised the integrity of the rocker. The second rocker went together perfectly. I submitted a warranty claim and received the pieces in question promptly. As a matter of fact, I received duplicate of what I needed which was great because one set had the exact same problem. Fortunately the second set was much better. I think the quality control department needs some improvement. All in all, I am very happy with the rockers but I have only had them a month.
Look nice, comfortable, but not sturdy
The chairs are made of a molded plastic that is pretty soft. In this case soft means the screws will strip out the plastic that they screw into. The manufacturer did not design this well as it would have either threaded metal sleeves to strengthen the hold, or metal nuts to screw into. This is metal screwing into soft plastic, so it loosens over time, and strips out the threads of the plastic over time. Only get a season or 2 out of them and then they fall apart.
The instructions were confusing but besides that, the chairs are sturdy and well made. I'm pleased with my purchase.
Great accessible chair
Great chair. Bought to have an accessible option for guests that find traditional chairs too low and hard to get out of. Probably did not need the grande…it’s really big…might only need that of you have a linebacker in the family. But overall, like the chair and I’d get one if the chairs with the higher seat of you have accessibility concerns.
Love these chairs. Sturdy, not hard to put together and sit great.
Worth the wait!
We had been contemplating buying Polywood chairs for the past few years but wondered if they were worth the expense. They definitely are! These are fabulous chairs! Very comfortable, easy to clean, not too heavy so they can be moved around whenever a “redesign” is needed! I definitely recommend Polywood to anyone needing new chairs!
Beautiful chairs that need some assembly issues addressed!!
The chairs are wonderful! There were a few glitches with this order that I did not experience with my first two. First problem, several pieces of the hardware were not usable. Some of the bolts would not thread into the nuts and could not be used. Thankfully, Polywood sent me a full set of replacement hardware.
Great furniture
Great outdoor furniture for around our new paver patio and fire pit. Easy to assemble when you follow the instructions. Parts may look alike but there are right and left side parts. We started out with one Adirondack chair and one rocker. We were so pleased with the quality that we ordered a second pair and a 48-inch bench. We looked at other brands of outdoor furniture, but Polywood has such a selection of styles, color and sizes you just can't go wrong.
Teak rocking chair
Received two rocking chairs. Assembly was simple and straight forward and the chairs seem quite sturdy. I also like the look of the chairs and they are very roomy and comfortable. Some chairs are narrow and uncomfortable if you are a larger person. These are perfect for larger people. I haven't had them long enough to comment on durability but so far, I've had a couple of good storms and they've held up just fine. I hope the color holds up well over time also. They are on the east side of the house so only exposed to morning sun, that should help keep them looking nice a long time. Great job on creating a comfortable and attractive chair for larger individuals, I'm 6 foot, 230 lbs and there's plenty of room to spare.
Best chairs!

Love my chairs
A little tricky to put together, but very comfortable!
Love them!
Great product - even better if I could use it!
I love the product - and what I'd love even more is to have all working parts in the package when it comes time to assemble! I've received two Adirondack chairs - one is missing the lower cross bar which is integral to holding the chair together. Still waiting on a response on that! - and meanwhile it sits on my patio in pieces!
Product representation on site was accurate. Was delivered as promised. Came complete with all hardware and instructions and was easy to assemble. my husband and I assembled 4 in 80 mins. They are constructed well, feel solid and the red color is “red” not a variation of red. Would recommend highly.
Love these rockers. Solid and sturdy.
