Instructions?

I just received my 5' Paradise Palm. I inserted all the branches into the base branches but all of them are sticking straight up. Mine looks nothing like the pictures. Am I supposed to bend the branches? I can't find any instructions on what I'm supposed to do.

It doesn't resemble the picture - and you have to shove the branches into the foam at the bottom. After putting a couple in the foam came apart and I had to send it back.

Don't Order

I ordered this and after opening the box was immediately hit with a disgusting toxic smell. I let it air out for over 5 days but the smell was still there.

How disappointing

This palm looks nothing like the online image. I tried to give this palm a shot but it’s really sparse and looks silly and cheap. I will be returning it. Don’t bother

Very pretty and as natural-looking as an artificial palm tree can look. It is easy to spread out the leaves and branches as needed. Great indoor artificial plant.

Gorgeous tree, amazing value

I love this tree!!! It is huge! I was sure it was going to be one of those papery, skimpy fake trees you see in craft stores for the price I paid for it. No sir it is beautiful and full and sturdy. The first thing I did was jump on the net to look for my next purchase from this company. WTG!

I was leery at first, wanting to replace my real palm with this artificial one....especially since my hubby has never Liked artificial plants. However, we were both Pleasantly surprised at the end result.....meaning it took a few minutes to spread, bend and twist the fronds. See what you think.

Nice Touch

I stopped by CB today to pick up a few items. I ordered this plant a month ago and love it. It added a nice touch to my dining room, but I still needed a planter. Well, I picked up the planter in the photo. It's actually a nice color and looks really nice. Unlike the previous reviewer, I actually read all the details and knew the planter wasn't included.

I am absolutely pleased with this tree! It is the first artificial plant that doesn’t look fake. It’s not quite 5 feet but even that doesn’t detract from its look. I put it in a large pot and covered with dirt. Visitors are unable to tell its fake without looking very closely. I purchased another one.

Just okay

The palm plant looks okay but not real enough to fool anyone. So far I am not happy with the website and the service. I ordered planters at the same time and I am still waiting on them. Don't know the reason why I have not gotten my order for the planters to put the palms in because the one's they come in are basically simple and does nothing for the palm. Don't think I will purchase or recommend NearlyNatural to anyone.

Love my palm trees!

Actually I bought 4 of varying sizes for my lanai. Needed to buy lighter artificial ones because I need to be bring them in if there is a hurricane warning and I cannot do heavy lifting anymore. The palms look quite natural and I am very satisfied. The condition in shipping of the boxrs was poor, breakage occurred but the company resolved the issue immediately and amicably. . .

Ordered my first then ordered another! Later got a smaller one. Great quality and looks pretty darn real. Softens up the room and adds "interest". A nice finishing touch to any room. It comes boxed and flat. All you have to do is fluff it up (so to speak) and put into your favorite decorative planter and voila! Highly suggested product :-)

Actual product was about 4.5 feet tall instead of 5 feet, which I could have handled. Not as many branches as pictured, and didn't open as wide as it looks in the picture. Appeared thin and sparse to me. The trunk came out of the pot, apparently before or during shipment. When I put the trunk back into the pot, the entire plant leaned to the side a little; enough to make it unstable when I tried to stand it up. I returned it.
