Areca Palm Artificial Tree
The so called 6’ palm tree is actually 4.5’ tall. When I opened the 6’ box and took the tree out the tree was shorter than I am. I’m 5.6’ tall. When I looked at the tag on the tree it says 4.5’. What nearly natural did was stretch the top leaf upward and say the tree is 6’ The tree also came with a lot of the leaves broken off and it’s not durable. I bought this tree for outdoors and it definitely would not stand up to winds. This is very misleading for customers. Also their customer service is horrible. It took them 3 weeks to send this tree. I had to keep calling because they didn’t update me as to why it was taking so long. I have to wait 1 week for them to email me a return label which I am still waiting for. I would not recommend this product or nearly natural to my friends or family.
