Headboard
I bought one headboard and tried 5 times and each time it fell apart, so I went back to AFW and called the customer service department in the store and they helped me out. I ended up and got a different headboard. The customer service department didn't charge me a restocking fee or another delivery fee.
Perfect headboard for our Cabin Room
We bought this headboard for a guest room with a "Cabin" look. It's PERFECT! I love it! Easy to install looks great!
I loved the way the headboard looked. Main issue is I didn’t get hardware with it. My daughter didn’t end up actually “connecting it” but instead put it behind her bed up against the wall.

Headboard-NOT easy to put together.
We're having to adjust the screws & the yellow fittings. They're not attaching the vertical legs and the horizonal panels together. They're both too small for the predrilled holes. Very frustrating. We really like the collection looks but hate the "having to put together". And if it lasts a year We'll be surprised. Very cheap materials.

Beautiful
The photo for this headboard and platform do not do it justice. It's very nice. Assembly was very easy. I did it myself, but you may want a 2nd person to help with the inside of frame. I am a senior so it took me a bit to put together as I stopped a bit as I assembled it, but it really was easy and well worth the money. I love it.

Was a little hard to put together because it comes in over 10 pieces , heavy and need to 2 people to properly assemble it. But I love the finish product!
