PLAIN AWESOME. Looks like the real thing.
This lamp is gorgeous. And is the one we decided to keep, we ordered two to find out which one we liked better. This style doesn’t have a rod that goes down the center. The wires are hidden through the antlers, which, surprisingly look very realistic. There was no assembly required because the wires were through the antlers, the other type you had to attach the antlers, and these antlers are thicker or huskier. The other ones were a little thinner and “spikey-er”, and so we decided on this one. It’s absolutely perfect.
Unique open inner center design for price range.
My wife and I chose this antler chandelier because of its unique design compared to others in the same price range. Most others are suspended by a center part that sits low in the middle obstructing the inside view from below. This design features an open inner space at the bottom and the suspension point is higher up at the top. We hung this above our dining room table so when sitting at the table looking up the appearance is open in the middle and all of the antlers are more visible. The chandelier was very well packaged and fully assembled aside from attaching the chain and weaving the wires through it. Build quality is exceptional. The antlers look natural and all wiring from the light bulb sockets is hidden inside the antlers. My only concern when installing was the weight which according to the manufacturer is 17 lbs. It feels much heavier and due to the size was somewhat challenging / awkward to mount to our ceiling. The receptacle box is plastic resin and the weight limit is 10 to 15 lbs. I tightened everything at the ceiling box as much as possible before hanging. So far the chandelier is still hanging without issue. I would highly recommend mounting from a ceiling fan rated conduit box given the size and weight. I have studio ceilings so crawling in the attic to upgrade the receptacle box was not an option. The chandelier looks absolutely beautiful hanging in our dining room. Everyone who's seen it loves it!
