Still on the fence

After a long wait for our Nellie Wow Too Mop due to shipping constraints, it finally arrived and I was so excited to use it to see what all the hype was about. At first I tried the mop with the standard pads that came with the bundle and a generic cleaning solution (not oil based) and I was disappointed as my shiny floor tiles came up cloudy. I decided to try the Nellie’s floor cleaner and the floor scrub/polish pads which gave me the exact result which was disappointing. I have not given up yet and will try even less floor cleaner next time and I’m debating whether to order the polishing pads to go over these once I’ve washed them.

Great scrub and polish

I purchased all the pad types. I have found the mob really useful and working really well on my wood floors. I even use the scrubb and polish on the deck and that made a huge difference. It’s easy to use. The only confused bit is the charging which can take an unknown amount of hours, but don’t go over three.

I purchased my 1st one 4 years ago and it is still as good as the day I purchased it. I found this product so good to use as I am in my 60’s and there is no physical restrictions when using it as it is so easy and lightweight that I don’t feel as though I have run a marathon cleaning my floors now.

Wow Mop

Wow, honestly and truly, this would have to be the best purchase that I have ever made. I have to admit that I thought it over for about 2 weeks because I considered it a little too expensive, but thankfully decided to go ahead as I have been struggling physically to keep up with my floors. It is just sooo easy. I have also purchased a little stick vac, and along with the wow mop my floor cleaning is now a breeze. It glides along gently using one hand only. I guide the mop with my right hand and in my left hand I have a little spray bottle of eucalyptus all purpose cleaner that I spray in the heavy traffic walk areas. I also add about 1/4 of vinegar to the beaker provided. Thank you Nellie's. Cheers, Vicki

Great mop

Can't fault the mop. Does everything the advert says it does, however the volume of the water holder could be a little bigger.

Does a good job, but.......

Was very excited to receive my mop and I agree with all the comments that it is very easy to use and does a great job. However, I was most disappointed to read that the battery in my very expensive mop will likely only last for 2-4 years. My old steam mop (which still works perfectly, but has a power cord) I have had for many years and expected that this new one would see me out of my remaining cleaning years. Alas, no, I have to send it back for the manufacturers to change the battery!!! This is my first showtime purchase and I will be very reluctant to use this service again unless I can get full disclosure. Being from a generation not used to online purchasing this reinforces my need to touch, feel and deal with knowledgeable staff at a store. I’m guessing that this review will not be available for others to read. Other than that, I love the mop!
