Great Value %26 Excellent Steam Cleaning

This mop is easy to assemble, disassemble, and use. It cleans our laminate floors better than the standard mop we were using, because it uses heated distilled water to thoroughly remove dirt and grime.

I’ve only used the mop once. I’ve had two other steam mops by other brands. The one thing I really like about the Shark Genius is the large microfiber pad. It picks up dirt really well (verified by rubbing a wet paper towel over the areas I mopped) and the pad washes clean. I had an O-cedar before and the pads never washed clean even with bleach. Another feature I like is that it emits steam only when the mop is pushed.

I have 2 dogs and love a steam mop. My steam mop broke because of owner mistake and I loved my mop I purchased it again. Best thing for pet households

I love this steamer. Im never going back to traditional mopping again. I dont like that this mop doesnt stand-up at all. You literally have to lean it against something to keep it upright. But it works wonders. It cleans great. Im impressed, my ex was impressed by my steamed floors.

This product is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. The heated water is almost immediate. Great product for the price.

Both stopped making steam after less than 6 months

This is the second steamer I've bought . Both were great until they stopped making steam -- heating element conked out? I will buy another one because we just invested in a bunch of new pads., but I will invest in the warranty this time. When it's working, it's great. Very easy to change pads. Also, the ability to direct a strong jet of steam at a particularly dirty spot is really helpful. Be forewarned! Get the warranty!

The box was open. It wasn’t taped shut and it was not a new box. A piece was missing from the tool attachments. Returning to the store.

Disappointed

This Shark steam mop worked well enough, and my floors seemed cleaner. The steam was ample although I could not control it, which I prefer. However, the cord is too short and the water reservoir too small. Also, the mop does not stand up, which I knew in advance.

It is light weight and puts a swiffer to shame. It is great for vinyl flooring. I have the wood vinyl and it works great no smears no residue.

I love Shark products and was without this wonderful steam mop for awhile. It works do good and removed a red wine stain off of my ivory ceramic tile. I LOVE IT! Thank you Wayfair!!

I would buy it again

Lobe everything about it. Makes my hardwood floors shin. They only thing I don't like is how it is filled with water. Makes a bit of a mess.

Works great! I had an early model for years and loved it; only thing I would change is this newer model does not have the handtools as earlier versions did.

Shark steam mop

This is the second one I bought because the first one broke after just over 3 years, however this new one doesn’t secrete as strong of a mist when i press down the button. Somehow I feel like the tube to eject liquid isn’t smoothly creating and emitting mist properly although it’s brand new…

Buy it!! So happy I did!

Shark Bitten

This is the 2nd shark genius steam mop I owned. And both of them after less than a year quit producing steam. I called Shark directly, they sent me a replacement head..but still not working. I will definitely not buy this again. Fool me twice shame on me. Don't waste your money
