Good quality wine chiller

Very easy to use and works well. Only minor complaint is noise but to be expected as the ice cubes get jostled around.

Chiller than chill

Gave as a gift and received endless thanks for it. Plus it’s a great excuse for a cold glass whenever we cross paths and ask how it’s working. Cools a bottle very quickly. Will be ordering one for ourselves!

The machine works well. Not very fancy or sleek but very functional ! Easy to clean as well.

I love this bottle chiller. It works great to quickly chill a bottle that you just brought home and need for your next meal. I also like my beer VERY cold; this works great to give the little extra cool down.

Do not recommend for purchase

This is a piece of crap. It takes forever to get a bottle of wine mildly cool a spills water everywhere. Plan to return my asap.

I have been using this for a few weeks now and we love it! It's such a staple and isn't too large on our bar top. Would recommend!

Does not fit Champagne bottles

I ordered this specifically to chill Champagne. Champagne bottles will not fit. It says nothing in the description about the size of the bottle area. It would be helpful to other customers to include this. I paid extra money for expedited shipping and it arrived 4 days after when Crate and Barrel said it would arrive, I might just as well have taken the free shipping, and now I am paying another $25 to send it back. Not happy with this transaction, and I don’t expect I will order anything from Crate and Barrel ever again.

Beverage cooler

Love it. Truly makes your drinks cold. We did wine bottles, coke cans. Such a life saver. Especially when guest are coming over.

Works as advertised

This product effectively chills a bottle or a can in minutes. For those times you can't wait for the refrigerator or freezer to do its thing, this will do the trick. However, it is a large appliance that takes up a lot of cabinet or counter space. For the limited amount of times I would use it, I'm not sure it's worth it to have this in my kitchen.
