Shredded my bathroom mat

It shredded up my bathroom mat while I was using the handheld option. That much power should not be coming from the bottom when I'm using the hose option. It was just sitting on my mat while I was cleaning corners and then I turned around to my mat shredded. Horrible set up for a vacuum

I love this vacuum cleaner! It's lightweight, easy to use and does what I need it to do. All I have to do is pull it out, plug it in, turn it on, and go. It goes from carpet to wood floor without my having to make any changes. I can tip the handle back so I can get under things, and it actually cleans almost up to the wall, which is very useful. My last vacuum had lots of attachments and a different base for bare floor than for carpet, making it much more trouble to vacuum. There were lots of buttons, and everything was more complicated. All I wanted was a vacuum cleaner that was easy to use, and this is it! I think the pedal that turns on this machine might be annoying for people with big feet, but it works fine for me. I had trouble reading the instructions and figuring out the drawings, but once I figured it out, it's really easy to clean the dust container and the filters. It takes me much less time and trouble to vacuum than with the old machine, so I pull it out more often, and my house stays cleaner. And it's inexpensive!

This little vacuum has a very strong suction, we are impressed. It is small, compact and strong.

Garbage

This vacuum is horrible. It spits d vrit out of the vacuum and back onto the carpet. I have to vacuumthe carpet several times to get it off but I didn't notice until I got a green rug and saw all the stuff it was spitting up. When I went to check it out I ran the vacuum while it was laying down and literally spit a bunch of dirt in my face. Then a piece just popped off. I can't return because it's been too long and I no longer have the box. Garbage.

Love this vacuum

I had the same vacuum model for 9 years and I've always loved it. The bottom plate broke on my previous one after 9 years of use so I ordered a new one of the same model. I have always loved this vacuum and feel the same about the new one.

Do not buy!

Not even one day after purchasing this vacuum, it started smoking. It grabbed hold of the carpet and ripped it from the ground and got stuck in the bottom of the vacuum. Other vacuums didn't do this. Stay clear unless you want to call the fire department.

Light weight and gets the job done

This is one of the cheapest quality made vacuums I have ever seen. It does the job and sucks the dirt and dust up, BUT.. my problem was when I pull the container up to throw the dust away, the dust pan at the bottom opens up and everything I just vacuumed goes all over the place… back on the floor. When you push the gray button, sometimes it just doesn’t go down. The hose is awful, super tiny and does not barely stretch at all. Overall this vacuum sucks.
