Bissell makes the worst products for carpet cleaners. We have gone through 4 of their machines (with warranty claims) within the last 6 years. We have a short haired dog who barely sheds. We like to carpet clean every other month. How is it that every machine breaks?

Worth the price

Worth every dollar I paid for this carpet shampooer. Upgrade from my last Bissell carpet cleaner. The Hydrasteam is a game changer. Removed old stains and tough children stains, as well as old pet stains. Need to make sure to allow overnight with fans for carpet to dry, as this shampooer uses plenty of water/cleaner to do the job. Even running back and forth 4 times each section, left carpet very moist. Note, don't leave tanks on unit if turning off and leaving, even for 5 minutes....water will pool under unit. Overall, this is best shampooer I have ever had.

I wanted to love you Revolution Hydrostream Pet

Left my carpet sopping wet. I couldn't get it to suck up the dirty cleanser from carpet. I tried different settings & attachments to no avail. It was still too wet. Tried to use the hose with stairs attachment & it didn't spray the cleanser, but had suction. Ended up using that to suck up excess liquid from my rug and still had to lay towels down because it was so wet. Very disappointed Bissell is usually better than this. Might try another machine

I will never buy another carpet cleaner without steamer. This cleaner is amazing! It’s very easy to use and very efficient at eliminating the odors and stains, both new and old.

A Satisfying Clean

We debated whether or not to spend the extra money on this model and we are SO GLAD that we did! The steam option is awesome! So glad I do not have to take my washable rugs outside anymore (we don’t put them in the washing machine). Totally worth the investment!

Floor carpet cleaner

Only used once … I think I need to return it! Dispenses too much water! Soaking the carpet without good suction to pull the water back up.

This is the best carpet cleaner i have ever gotten! Its bigger than most home cleaners and really pulls the deepest stains out! Best part of it is the pre-steam function, it preps your carpet and losens up the hard to get stains and smells and makes them easier to get instead of using tons of water and going over it multiple times like other machines.

Works great. Very easy to clean carpet fluff from brushes and head.

Stopped spraying after 20mins of use.
