Not opaque. Poor Coverage. Good Glow, though.
This is a very thin paint. You need to add a lot and I mean A LOT of paint and before you get a hint of color. This paint is not opaque in any of the colors.Poor coverage. But, under a black light, this paint glows nicely. Overall, not worth the time or effort that you have to put into adding layers of paint to build color.
Vibrant
The neon blue is so vibrant! To get full coverage it takes a couple of coats, but the blue is beautiful.

We loved this glow in the dark paint…we added it to a water bottle, cut holes in the top and spray it on a T-shirt for a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt. It worked great!
