The Nesti Neck Roll is absolutely fabulous! I bought extra firm and am extremely pleased with the support it provides. The cover is soft and soothing, plus it stays cool. As a person with issues requiring the use of a neck pillow, this one checks all the boxes.

No fluffing needed, open the box and it's ready to go

I opened the box and plastic bag, the pillow immediately expanded to shape and size with no fluffing from me needed (sown in pictures). Foam feels perfect behind my back sitting on the couch as a lumbar pillow. Keep in mind everyone is a different size and shape so the curvature of our back is different, but this one was the exact right size and shape for my back. I like the cover it comes with.

No support

Came in a small square box. This will tell you from the start how mushy the pillow is based on fitting in the box to begin with. This is supposed to be a medium firm foam neck pillow but it’s so soft that upon laying on it, your head just smashes it and there is absolutely no support. Sadly it’s a return.

Come Damaged

I got two of these pillows: one extra firm and one medium firm. The medium firm one expanded to its original shape in one day with no problem, but the extra firm one couldn’t expand at all. Tried to initiate a replace order by calling Macy’s, while customer serviced claimed to have placed it, the other day I got an email saying they cannot reship due to shipping confirmation that it was delivered. Well, yeah, of course it’s delivered but it’s damaged and I want a replacement. The costumer service doesn’t seems to understand customer request well. Very disappointed purchase with the brand and Macy. Returning for sure.

Cold/Warm

Will get wet very quickly if room is hot or warm and collecting lent balloons very quickly

Flattened and Useless

Stays flat, will not regain its shape, the company is zero help. Do yourself a favour and find something else. The way it is shipped — flattened and rolled up — destroys it. There’s no undoing it; the suggestions Nestl makes don’t work.
