Broken pieces

One of the roof side bracket came unglued & the top piece that connects the 2 roof sections together was broken where you secure it down. I like the dog house but not worth the price.

The house was damaged for the second time I had to return it. I will never order from Home Depot again. Is disappointed to expect this product and they delivered it damaged the 2 times.

Upon opening boxes found broken panels. Material seems very brittle. Returned all 3 to HD

Waste of money

It took two weeks longer for it to be delivered then was stated when ordered. When it did come I opened the first box and found over half the parts were broken making it impossible to assemble. So if you have money to waste and you hate your dog this is the dog house for you. If it is not strong enough to arrive unbroken when it is packed with styrofoam and banded shut !! I don’t know how safe it would be for your dog

Broken item

One of the last parts needed to build the house was broken therefore it would be difficult to return the house and had no other choice than to keep it. Due to this damaged item, there is an open area in the house. We will attempt to glue it to keep it closed now that temperature is getting cooler.

Don’t trust delivery

Arrived in two huge boxes. I had nearly assembled all of it when I realized the piece for the roof was broken off. Too big to disassemble and return. Home Depot sucks. Awful quality control. Don’t trust them with delivery.

Broken

I was so excited for this house and when it came yesterday several pieces were broken. The pieces were all very scuffed up and it looked like it had been opened and previously attempted to assemble. Very disappointed!

Dog House

Love the Dog House. Its exactly what we needed. Its not perfect but we thought it was a good fit for our Yellow Lab. If you are looking to super pefect materials, you will not find them here, but if you are looking for a Dog House that does the job for a Lab, not bad at all. Only dinged it because of the shipping, there was some damage, but I moved on from it, its a dog house.

Nice product

The dog house is nicely constructed & looks great. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I thought the walls would be a little thicker with insulation so will have to wait to see how warm it actually keeps my dog this winter. Also waiting to see how it stands up since she's been known to chew on the strangest of things.

ECO Flex nice but missing 2 screw holes

It came with 2 missing holes. I had to drill my own holes to complete the build.

Great dog house!!

This is a great dog house! Easy to put together. Large enough my 100lb Weimaraner has PLENTY of extra room. Very sturdy and heavy duty. It's very nice looking also.
