Not happy. I ordered silver and the switch plate has a hint a gold. I wanted to return the item and they want to charge me half the price of the item.

The product matched the other outlet wall palates which were purchased from Emtek several years ago. As for the salesperson I worked with she was most knowledgeable and helpful.

Attractive and well made for the most part. One of the 5 had a tiny imperfection in the finish that, because of the style, was noticeable - looks like a speck of dust but is actually a pock mark near the bottom. Not worth replacing, but the rest were so perfect and they are pricey.

I bought a similar style at a local "home" improvement store, and whatever coating they had on it, started rubbing off. These ones from Wayfair, though, are made in India and the quality is much better! More solid, seems like they'll last and the finish is super nice.
