Bought these for the upper deck of a houseboat. Great purchase at first but after having them for 4 months one has already stopped working. Definitely getting power but doesn’t work. I love the high power and puts off a great amount of air. Very comfortable even on the hottest days. I threw away all of the packaging and not sure that I can get a new one but if I do end up purchasing new one I will be buying a cover for them in hopes of helping them to last longer.

Way Too Much Vibration :(

This is a solid fan, metal blades rock, they always move the best air. But for a wall mount, no! This fan vibrates so much it is essentially unusable. And yes, it's mounted properly. I'm a contractor and used a doubled up 2x6 brace with Simpson struc screws. I added fender washers and rubber grommets to help. It is not the install. It is the unit housing. So basically it's a wall mount fan with zero vibration mitigation (you can hear the metal cover rattle against the motor housing). I've held everything tight that could possibly move, and it's the fan. If your application allows for the noise and dull drone of motion transfer, then its not a bad fan at all.

Great fan for our lake house porch. Purchasing another one for the other side of the room.

Perfect for your deck

My son had purchased this fan for his deck and I was so impressed with how quiet and powerful it was I came home and purchased mine. I wanted this fan not just to keep me cool but to keep the bugs away. It does both, I love it!

Exactly what we needed

This outdoor, waterproof fan is exactly what we were looking for. It’s very powerful yet not loud. Husband approved!

The motor seems to get very hot. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Junk, junk junk

This is a really nice fan. I didn't read the description carefully enough because I needed an oscillating fan and the fan be adjusted but it doesn't oscillate. I had to return.

Quiet sealed fan moves a lot of air

I needed a sealed fan for a covered patio. This fan meets the need and runs relatively quiet in the slowest mode and moves a lot of air. The motor does get hot, but this seems to be a result of it being sealed.

Great output with significantly reduced noise compared to another fan we have with the exact same air flow capacity! Exactly what we were looking for to help stay cool under our gazebo.

Arrived quickly. Easy to mount. Works good moving lots of air to keep thw mosquitos at bay.

Great packaging - arrived quickly - easy to put together and included easy directions! We use the fan on our outdoor patio area - either at the outdoor kitchen bar area or we move it to the sitting area. We plan to to buy another one for my husband's workshop area which is in the 3rd bay of our garage.

This COULD be a great fan - BUT the pull chain is PLASTIC!

I purchased 10 of these fans - Loved everything about them EXCEPT we noted they had plastic pull chains. Guess what? If they break, and they do break-they cannot be repaired as per what the NEWAIR rep told me. So we have 4 of the 10 that are now unusable. They were kind enough to offer a discounted purchase price - but no changes have been made to this PLASTIC pull chain.
