Failed after 5 months, doesn't cool anymore, displayed stuck at 86 degrees, and the fans are not working.

This is our second purchase of this wine cooler. The first lasted 7 years. You need to clean under the grid every six months to make this last.

Excellent product. Door was not aligned but the cooler was replaced with no hassle. Excellent customer service by BestBuy. This wine cooler is what I was expecting. I would recommend to any one.

Looks great and haven't really use it yet, but it took us some time to clear up the plastic foam inside the base of unit due to poor packaging.

One section will not sync temp, New Air Customer Support not helpful at all gave an answer about + or - variant but the second sensor works as set without deviation.

Purchased this item approximately four months ago and after about three months, noticed puddles of water in front of the unit. Pull the unit out from the wet bar cavity, and there was also water on the floor underneath where the unit had been positioned in the built-in area. Unplugged the unit and notified Wayfair of the problem and they forwarded the issue onto the company. The company responded and indicated there was a drip tray located in the back of the unit by the condenser and suggested that the drip tray might need to be emptied occasionally. I found that response to be totally unacceptable and responded accordingly. Why should you have to pull a unit out of a built-in area, unscrew the back of the unit to get to a drip tray to empty and then have to put the back back on and push the unit back into the cavity from whence it came! And then maybe have to repeat that process from time to time The next response I got from the company was apologizing for any inconvenience, but repeating the request please check the drip tray and empty it if necessary. There was also some water stain damage to the bottom side of the cabinetry of the wet bar. That

Do not buy! Apparently BestBuy thinks refurbished means shipping out products that look like someone beat them with a bat. I had two different items show up in horrible condition, one even had the door off it. Now they don't want to refund me the money and won't take back the item because they sent a replacement. The replacement was as bad as the original

Overheated and destroyed my wines

The unit basically overheated after about 14 months. Opened up a bottle and it was not good. Opened up more bottles and they were all pretty much trashed.

[Rewarded Review] Poor Quality Wine Fridge

Bought this fridge from Best Buy. It lasted 3 weeks and then the compressor quit. Return period to Best Buy ended after 2 weeks. Now pursuing a warranty claim with NewAir and they are supposedly sending me a replacement fridge. Wooden shelves seemed cheap. I wouldn’t buy this item again.

It was a nice fridge and fit the space perfectly but fridge arrived badly damaged…twice. Both had to be returned. Best Buy blamed it on ups, but it was such a pain to have to load up and return. The second time I had delivered to Best Buy for pick up. Luckily I asked the to remove the box and discovered the damage before loading.

Awful service! Their product came damaged and their response was to send new hinges so that I can figure out how to re-hinge the broken parts. Fantastic business model to send damaged product to customers and have them work to fix your product. And Wayfair did a horrible job.

Great while it last not worth it

Unit is good but only while it last. No approved licenned repair compainied in Dallas Texa? Support line does not answer phone during designated hours of operation. If you dont mind a constant cycling of a compressor running go for it. It is an average cost unit look for something better

[Rewarded Review] Website dimensions are different than item ordered

Its hard to review an item when they keep delivering the wrong product to me. Either the website is wrong on the dimensions but they keep delivering a unit 5 inches taller than listed in the specs on the website.

Very quiet. Make sure you order the correct kick plate version. One is in line with the front of the glass door and the other is pushed back. No performance difference just a different look. I ordered the correct one!
