The unit has worked for 5 weeks and then stopped working. I loved it until then. Will be returning it.

Second fridge has been operating nicely and meets expectations. However, review of company is different story!

Wrong item delivered

We received the wine fridge in great condition and it was easy just to plug in, cool down and fill. It’s fairly quiet and keeps both the reds and whites at a great serving temp. Very pleased with the purchase!

This is the 2nd one I purchased from Lowe's, and both had the front left side - by the hinge, broken! The 2nd one is worse than the first! I will not look elsewhere for this product...

First one arrived damaged during shipping, but customer service was very helpful and helped me return the first and replace. Second time around was a success. Fridge keeps the wine chilled just right. I really like the dual temp so I can keep my reds and whites at the best temperatures.

Number 2 is going back.

The first unit made a loud vibrating noise when the compressor was running. It also made a zapping sound like electrical arcing. I assume this is what made the temperature fluctuate by 10 degrees.

The Quietest Wine Frig Ever!

Love this wine frig. The size is perfect. The sleekness style fits my taste. The dual zone is a must. But most importantly, I love the fact that it's super quiet!

A lot of problems, is making weird noises and the temperature keeps changing from 56 to 51 sometimes 49 and then it goes back to 56. I don’t recommend this product at all.

Great Freestanding fridge

I originally thought this would be perfect for my college daughter to have in her home but after I received it I think it is perfect for our basement fridge area. IT is sleek and love the fact the dual temperature feature gets down to 41 so we can store other items besides wine in one section. IT is freestanding so you can put it almost anywhere and can move it with you as you move homes. (thinking college and beyond). We were provided a sample to test out.

Let me start by saying that this fridge comes completely assembled, making it very easy to just plug in, set the desired temperatures, and enjoy. And wow, the sleek and modern look of the shadow series is perfect if you're looking for a fridge that also doubles as a piece of furniture! I already own a Newair and love how they have updated the look but have maintained the super quiet design, easy-to-adjust shelves, and blue lighting of the older models.

I like the dark mirrored glass which makes the appliance look sleek and more decorative. It served fully assembled and was easy to unpack and operate. It took less than an hour to chill to the set temperatures. I'm pleased with the product!

I am totally impressed by NewAir's ability to make a wine fridge shine. This thing holds SO many bottles, looks absolutely stunning and does its job. Highly, highly recommend this fridge.
