The attachment screw for the handle was bent so the handle is crooked and can't be straightened out. I was offered a partial credit toward the purchase price or a replacement, but they couldn't tell me if I needed to return the damaged one until after I agreed to accept the replacement so I opted for the credit.

Great size, very sturdy and adds a little glamour to everyday essentials! 10/10!

I love this toilet brush but it costs a fortune for what it is… It seems insane to me that this costs $120. But I couldn’t really find another one that mounted on the wall so had to bite the bullet.

The product itself is fine; what is very annoying is the ridiculous use of stickers on the chrome that are very difficult to remove. I spent at least 20 minutes scrubbing them off. Thank goodness a product such as Goo Be Gone exists!

Mooi design

Didn't think a toilet brush + holder could be beautiful.... but these certainly are. Pricey, but they look awesome and are well made. Wall mounted, so no more spllied toilet water from returning brush to holder (and knocking over) a rank plastic bog brush holder.

Pros: It looks really nice, we like the design. Cons: The brush handle was not strong and broke after only a few uses. Luckily, Wayfair replaced the item. we will use it more carefully but it seems like you should be able to put more pressure on a toilet brush if needed.

Does what it's supposed to do and looks much nicer than other toilet brushes. It's nice because this one goes with my decor and doesn't look gross.
