This is my 4th Boutique Rugs purchase - love them!

Not Happy

I love my rug but never received the other item I ordered. And, if I have to do the research as you suggested to find my order, why would I need you?

Good for price, adds color

I looked at a lot of rugs for my living room, and the color/style of this one works very well to bring color and design to the room. For the price, it’s great.

Faded rug

It faded terribly. Looks light pink. Do not buy! And company would not honor the warranty I bought.

Never received my rug order

I never received the rug that I ordered. I’m sure it is wonderful, but I cannot honestly give it a truthful maybe as I never received it.

I love this rug it’s beautiful and it’s also machine washable. I would recommend it.

Rugs to not stay in place

I think the rugs look great but unfortunately they do not stay in place. Ihave dogs who when they get excited run over the rugs and they become all messed up. I ordered the corner tabs and they do not work at all to keep the rug in place.

The colors are beautiful. It looks better than I had hoped. Perfect for 3 cats and 2 dog household. Just ordered a a 1/4 inch hardwood floor pad.

Not the same

What you see online and what you see in person is 100% the opposite of what it is. It is actually pink red cream and baby blue. The material is flimsy and cheap causing you to fall. Currently waiting on customer service to send a label so I can return for a refund. I’ll come back to update on that experience as well. I attached pictures on what was advertised, and what I ended up with.

Don’t recommend

This rug does not wear well at all. I have one dog and it has many pulls/runs in it after only 4 months. Definitely not worth the money.

Do not recommend

I would advise against purchasing this rug if you have animals. I’ve had this rug for four months and it has already pulled and run in a number of areas. I have one dog.

Fell apart after washing

This rug looked great out of the box, but quickly began to fall apart. The rug started to pill in high traffic areas, and faded witching only a few months of being walked on.

Worth the effort

These are very pretty rugs. The colors are perfect to make a gray or blue room pop. They are made of a supple material so they stay flat to the floor. We are enjoying this purchase.

Kitchen runners

The rugs are thinner for washing but work perfectly in my kitchen. I’m not afraid of messing up an antique rug and the price was reasonable The color wasn’t true to the picture but it still works with my decor

Colors not accurate

Rug colors looked nothing like the photo for me. Even my photo is showing a bit less saturated than in real life. Design looks pretty from afar but cheap up close. Will be returning
