Exactly as described
Best water and energy conserving shower head
I have tested many and this is by far the best water and energy conserving shower head I know, all still working nicely after 12 months. Only downsides are the relatively high shipping/duty cost to Switzerland and that I have to get suitable shower arm arches / adapters from China so they can be used in Swiss showers, but you could call it a truly successful international marriage.

This slows the flow, but we still feel as though there's enough water to get a good shower.
