Quality of glass and hardware is very good. However hard to keep water from leaking out because shower head faces hinge side of door where it leaks. They need to come up with better seals. Also, stationery hinge won't stay in place. Afraid to overtighten scr ews as I don't want to Crack the glass

Excellent product, only problem I had was the specs for the door were wrong in their manual, it said the door was 22 in wide, so when I was building the curb it did not lay out properly so I waited until they arrived and the door is 24 1/8. It says that nowhere in their literature.

Company does not stand behind it's product! I purchased this enclosure and it was installed per instructions, but the door was too big. Their drawing shows a 23 5/8 opening, but the door is 24". After having two other master carpenters check the installation job, They all agreed it would not work according to install instructions and the install was done with precise measurements. The problem was, I already had four holes drilled through my new tile, so the panels could not be moved. I received excuse after excuse from the technical support at this company from saying I didn't purchase their pan, to saying my walls aren't plumb, etc.. and they refused to send a company rep out to take a look even thought their office is about 6 miles away. They also refused my request for packing materials so I could return it to Home Depot. I finally had to order a CUSTOM door at $400 to fit. I asked them to at least split that cost and got crickets! Would NOT recommend this company EVER!
